50% of the rental cost is due at a the time of booking with the balance due 20 days before check in.
During June and July, Saturday to Saturday bookings only.
Cancellations at least 60 days before check-in will receive 100% refund. Cancellations between 30 and 60 days before check-in receive 50%. Cancellation after 30 days before check-in receive no refund.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sand Castles 5! It was very clean and nicely decorated. It’s about as close to the beach as you can get and I appreciated that it was by the elevator too! Would recommend and will stay here again if we are back in Orange Beach in the future. Thanks!

My family and I had a great stay. Everything was clean and accommodating. The pool was nice and the room being right next to the elevator was really nice too. The shrimp place across the street was fantastic!! We ate there 3 times.

We had an awesome time like always !! The updates were beautiful !! Loved the new paint colors and the new furniture !! And we enjoy the proximity to the elevator !! Can't wait to go back !! Love the BEACH and this property !!
