This includes a massive primary suite and an HGTV style kitchen.

The beautiful open layout of your kitchen will allow your group's cooks to stay included in the conversation while preparing the evening meal. This modern kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and an abundance of cabinet/counter space. A large bar and island allow for plenty of helpers and taste testers. Kitchen is fully stocked with tools and gadgets such as: double ovens, an ice maker, toaster, coffee maker and Keurig, tea kettle, and mixer.

The family area is spacious, including coastal blue couches, chairs, and a glider. You can watch the game on your flatscreen television or ease back into the loveseat and watch the waves crash while you doze off for an afternoon nap.

The dining area has a large table; perfect for board games, puzzles that last all week, and those family meals.

Your primary bedroom suite provides a luxurious king bed for you to snuggle into with your partner and rest up for the next day's adventure while you watch a late night movie on the large flatscreen TV. If you're not ready for bed, use the suite's private entrance onto the balcony where the moon's bright reflection is waiting for you as it dances on the vast Gulf of Mexico.

Meanwhile, your en-suite bathroom has an oversized walk-in shower, as well as two separated private vanity sinks.

The second bedroom is bathed in cheerful light, and also has a king sized bed. It has a large flatscreen television, ample closet space, and a private sink/vanity.

The third bedroom sleeps three with single twin beds, one being a trundle pullout to maximize space. This room also includes a private sink/vanity and closet.

The guest bath has a large soaking tub which can also be used as a shower.

Relax knowing your condo was professionally and strategically cleaned to protect your family. All linens are cleaned by commercial washers which reach 140 degrees as part of the industrial five part cleaning process. Dryers reach 190 degrees to ensure Gold Star quality. Our cleaning crew uses EPA approved chemicals to clean and disinfect before each new guest, so you can be assured every surface is perfectly disinfected. As an added step of precaution, a third party inspector follows each cleaning crew to sign off on the quality of the job, to make sure you and your family will be safe and ready for your stay. Every single towel, sheet, pillow sham, or piece of bedding is brought in fresh and clean for your stay.

We are excited to share our home with you. We have a three year old daughter and love all of the experiences our condo and Orange Beach bring to our family. We are both medical professionals. Jeff is an author and photographer. Some of his art is showcased in our condo. We live nearby in Fairhope, Alabama and get to our condo as much as possible. But why let it just sit empty when other families could be enjoying it as much as we do? Please treat our home as your home. We love sharing it with you.

We looked at dozens of properties in the Orange Beach/Gulf Shores area before finding Romar House and our particular unit. We instantly fell in love with the unique feel of our condo. It doesn't have the cramped narrow design of traditional beach condos. It feels more like a home with its many turns and hallways, giving everyone extra space and privacy. The previous owners completely remodeled the unit to the HGTV standards we love so much. We love to sit out on the balcony at night and enjoy a glass of wine while we listen to the waves crash onto the beach.
