Very nice beach and very nice home. Owner very responsive. This was a gathering family for our 50th anniversary. It was perfect home for a large number of people. Everyone enjoyed it.

House was conveniently located and right on beach. We had a private beach area but it was not remote. The home has a shared pool which was clean and well maintained. The owner was very good with correspondence and addressed any issues promptly. He is a very responsible property owner and the best one I have worked with.

This was my first experience renting a VRBO and I was apprehensive, but I could not have asked for better accommodations! We had 4 families with 3 young children and everyone was able to have their own private space and bathroom. There was a Publix and Walmart just down the road and a variety of restaurants were nearby. The private beach for residents was only steps away from the door. We will definitely rent this home again if we vacation at Orange Beach. I highly recommend this home!

We had all of the family together and the very best thing for all of us was the porch in the morning and evening! It was an awesome view with room for us all. . The house was very nice and clean. The pool was a definite plus for the kids after they had enough of the beach. Orange Beach is very quiet and a great place for a family vacation. The owner/manager was helpful and very quick in responding to any questions we had. We had a great time!

This home is beautiful and perfect for a beach getaway. It’s location is close to everything but out of the way of busy traffic. You walk right out onto the beautiful beach. The home’s furnishings are like new and feels cozy. We will stay again!

Beautiful place, great location steps from the beach, owners take wonderful care of the property. Only problem the entire week was a coffee maker died, owners had a new one their within hours. Would go back in a heartbeat!

Heavenly Sunrise was a fantastic home for myself, my husband and our grown children and their families. The home had a well stocked kitchen and was in wonderful condition. The view was beautiful and being able to walk right to the beach from the home was so convenient. The views amazing! I also appreciated working with the owner, he was very easy to work with on renting this home. Orange Beach is a great place to vacation with families.

We recently visited Heavenly sunrise and we all really enjoyed our stay. The home was clean upon arrival, well maintained, and the owner was very easy to work with and very responsive to any questions we had. The whole home is very nicely decorated, and had a well stocked kitchen with anything we needed to prepare our own meals.
The homes layout, location and décor where all very nice, and we loved proximity to everything in Gulf Shores and Orange Beach. This home is really located in an ideal spot central to everything in Gulf Shores and Orange Beach. The home sits way back off perdido beach blvd which offered a lot of privacy and there was more than enough parking.
The children loved the pool out front, it was VERY large and perfect for us.
There was another group in the heavenly sunset side but we didn’t even know they were over there, except when we saw them outside. There are wood privacy shutters built between all the balconies and there is a wood louvered wall that’s on the ground level floor that separates the grilling areas under the home which is also a nice addition for added privacy.

Our family recently stayed in heavenly sunrise and it was fantastic. We had a group of 10 and there was more than enough room for everyone. The house was well maintained. There were a few maintenance issues that could happen with any unit. We had a couple toilets not flush and later in the week a pipe busted in the laundry room, but both time we notified Greg he had someone out there to fix the issues within the hour.
The kitchen was very well stocked with any item you might need.
We loved being able to walk off the stairs onto the beach.
We are already planning a return trip to heavenly sunrise!!!!

Heavenly Sunrise is a newer gulf front home located along the beautiful Gulf Coast in Orange Beach AL. The east side of this home sleeps up to 16 guests. There are 5 bedrooms & 4 full baths. This home is located in a great central location.

Welcome to “Heavenly Sunrise,” a beachfront vacation rental with pool in the HEART of Orange Beach and minutes from Gulf Shores and any activities or resturants. This rental is one-half of a gorgeous Gulf-front property in Orange Beach, and it sits in the perfect spot to take in the sapphire waves, white sands, and golden sun of the Gulf. Not to mention the property’s excellent central location near everything you’d want to do in Orange Beach, Gulf Shores and Perdido Key, FL.
Rent Heavenly Sunrise and spread out in 5 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms, with sleeping space for a total of 16 guests. Or, rent both Heavenly Sunrise AND its identical neighbor, Heavenly Sunset, to sleep 32 people. (If your vacation dates are already booked, check out Heavenly Sunset—its floor plan is exactly the same as Sunrise!) Please note, there are louvered privacy walls between all balconies and between the Gulf front decks between the units and in the parking area under the house also. You will have total privacy between the units.
Heavenly Sunrise alone has 2,600 sq. ft. of space, plus three private, covered balconies. One balcony at the back of the house overlooks the pool, and two at the front face an expansive view of the Gulf and beach.
A huge swimming pool, with lounge chairs, is located on the north side of the house, is shared with the property next door.
Restaurants, shopping, family entertainment, and nature trails are all just a short drive from this ideally located property. Hwy. 59 in Gulf Shores is 3.9 miles to the west, and it’s only 2.5 miles to Orange Beach Blvd. to the east.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
This side of the property accommodates up to 16 guests, with 5 bedrooms, 10 beds, and 4 bathrooms.
First Floor
The first floor bedroom has a king-sized bed and bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
Second Floor
The second floor has 4 bedrooms—2 with plush king beds and 2 rooms with custom bunk rooms.
One bedroom on this floor has new custom bunks featuring queen over queen bunks and a twin xl over twin xl bunk (sleeps 6). Another offers two twin xl over twin xl custom built bunk beds (sleeps 4) The custom twin bunks will accommodate children or adults with the twin XL mattresses. These two bedrooms share a full-sized bathroom. Both sets of custom bunks were added Winter on 2022.
Both king bedrooms (both with Gulf views!) feature their own private bathrooms. One bedroom showcases the Gulf view through big windows; the other bedroom has its own private, beachfront balcony where you can sip your morning coffee overlooking the water!
The Living Spaces
The first floor features a roomy living area with a flat-screen TV, nap-worthy sofas and windows that fill the space with natural light. There is room here for everyone to lounge together in the A/C after a day at the beach! From here, access a covered, private balcony overlooking the Gulf and beach from comfy Adirondack chairs.
Outside, the ground-level, covered patio is equipped with a picnic table and porch swing to enjoy the seabreeze while staying shaded from the sun. Here, you can also rinse off all the salt and sand in the freshwater outdoor shower. The big, sparkling pool is steps away.
Kitchen and Dining
The kitchen is fully equipped and stocked, with all of the appliances and amenities you’d find at home, including a Kurig & regular coffee maker and the double-door fridge with plenty of room for your vacation groceries.
The dining area features an 8-person dining table—perfect for your group feasts. The adjacent kitchen island with 5 barstools makes a great “kids table.” And don’t forget the picnic table underneath the house on the patio!
