7 women (6 sisters and a niece plus one lucky 5 year old boy) stayed here for a week in spetmeber and absolutely loved it! Owner communication was excellent - very responsive to questions and friendly. Property was better than we expected, perfect for a large group, lots of balcony space, right on the beach, plenty of room. This place con't be beat for a family who wants sunrises, fun in the sun, and amazine evening walks on the beach. Highly recommended - we are already planning a return trip!

Celebrated our 40th anniversary with our whole family. We stay at this beautiful house. We couldn't have been more pleased with our accommodations. Plenty of room. Comfortable beds. Split our time between the beautiful beach and the pool. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook for our family of 8. Particularly appreciated the ice machine. This was our first time ever renting a beach house, and Heavenly Sunset was so perfect for our extended family of eleven that there would be no reason to ever book elsewhere. The room layout of the property was perfect, with ample seating in the kitchen and common areas. The Adirondack chairs on the decks were great, as was the beach access just below. The accommodations were comfortable, and when we had a little plumbing trouble with the toilet the matter was taken care of in a timely and friendly manner. Again, this is an awesome property and we are sure to return.

We spent one glorious week at Heavenly Sunset with two other families. There were 5 adults and 6 children, and we all had plenty of room and space. The house is just perfect, and it really is on the most beautiful part of Orange Beach. I could sit on the deck looking at the ocean ALL day long. We enjoyed the beach, the pool, and all the other great amenities the house had to offer. This is our go to place when staying in the Orange Beach/Gulf Shores area. I would highly recommend.

We had a great time. The weather was fantastic and we enjoyed our times with the kids and grandkids!
Overall the house was an excellent fit for us. Kids loved the bunk beds, furniture was comfortable and met all our needs, loved the silicone cups (even bought a few at Souvenir City to take home with us), the chairs and umbrellas provided downstairs were well used and the pool was a highlight for the kids.
We will certainly attempt to book Heavenly Sunset again in the next year or two (whenever we can get all the family schedules to align.

Patti R.This oceanfront duplex was perfect for our large multi-family vacation! Clean and spacious and an easy walk to the beach. The bedroom/bath on the first floor was great for us — the grandparents. Each of our 3 sons and their wives had their own bedrooms/baths upstairs, and our 4 young granddaughters loved sleeping in the 5th bedroom (with the 2 sets of bunk beds.) our 1 grandson chose the top double bunk in his parents room. The large deck was great for spotting dolphins and we often had the pool (with steps at both ends) to ourselves. The kitchen was well stocked. There was comfortable seating for 12 (even though the home is advertised as accommodating 14. We had 13, so always had someone standing or sitting in the adjoining living room. ) There was also an umbrella and beach chairs and toys as mentioned. This was a wonderful property for a large family. We were able to sleep everyone comfortably(twelve people). Everything was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed for anything from a shrimp boil to baking pizza. There’s so much room here!! We really enjoyed the house! Lots of room for our big family of grandparents, Uncles & Aunts, and cousins! We cooked almost every meal and found the kitchen stocked with everything we needed!! The beach was literally right out the door!! Great views with access to large State Park across the street for biking/hiking for a change of pace. Easy beach access and wonderful seafood market/store down the block for cooking dinners! Worked well for all our needs!

I brought my family down from Texas to meet up with my sisters family from Kansas. There was plenty of room for all 14 of us. We loved the proximity to the beach and the safe area of sand for our little ones to play in between the house and the beach. We could watch them from the deck. The house was comfortable and well furnished. We used the washer and dryer multiple times a day and the kids even used the pool despite the cool weather. Beach out front felt very private and safe for out little ones. We ate at GT's and the Gulf. The kids enjoyed the gocarts at The Track and we saw lots of dolphins on our dolphin cruise. Overall a great stay! Would recommend enthusiastically!

The house and location were just perfect for our girls weekend getaway! Plenty of room for everyone to visit together in the den and kitchen area. And the bed/baths were nicely appointed and comfortable. Even the weather cooperated! Will definitely book again next time we come to Orange Beach!!!

Six cousins try to spend one weekend a year at the beach and this year we decided it would be nice to have a house that was on the beachfront. Heavenly Sunset could not have been a more perfect vacation home. There was plenty of room, it was very clean, private and quiet, just steps from the ocean. We plan to stay again next year!

We have been visiting orange beach for numerous years and our family has kept growing! This year we needed a larger house, instead of a condo, so we rented this home. We LOVED this property, it was clean, well laid out, and overall in great condition! We also loved the updated appliances and kitchen, as well as the under counter ice machine!! The location to everything in Gulf Shores and Orange Beach attractions cant be beat!!
This home was wonderful and provided everything we needed! Hope to be back SOON!
We also loved the huge parking area by the pool, we were able to bring and extra trailer and Greg told us we were welcome to park it on the north side of the pool!

We had a wonderful time at Heavenly Sunset. We truly enjoyed the view, pool, grill, access to the beach, beach chairs, ice maker, wi-fi, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and other amenities.
The location is perfect for access to Orange Beach, Gulf Shores, and Pensacola. This was our first trip to the area, and the only thing I can suggest is that it would have been nice to have information on the local sights, restaurants, and shopping available. We certainly found everything we needed by using the internet and the coupon book from the toll booth, but your restaurant recommendations were appreciated.
Thank you for sharing your house with us, we will definitely be in contact for our next vacation to Alabama.

Our group recently visited Orange Beach and stayed at Heavenly Sunset. We have stayed in condos in the past, but we are truly enjoyed staying in this property. There was ample parking, and the location was PERFECT! The home was well maintained, and clean upon arrival. All the furnishings were newer and the mattresses were comfortable. The views were second to none and the views are amazing from the den and dining areas. They have recently added wood louvers/privacy walls between the south side balconies and under the house, so there was complete separation from the group on the other side of the home.
We all truly enjoyed our vacation and are already considering planning another stay at Heavenly Sunset.
Also, the pool was crystal clean and very large. The home, location and setup were awesome!!

We have previously stayed at Heavenly Sunset and had a GREAT TIME, so we all traveled back down to Orange Beach over Spring Break for another trip and stayed at Heavenly Sunset again. We had another great time, and cant say how much we love the location and this homes setup. The home offers amazing views, is well stocked, and the décor is also very nice, especially for a rental home. They have recently added a new Wi-Fi box that offers a very strong Wi-Fi signal anywhere in the home, even out on the back decks, which was great to have. Greg is also very responsive and helpful anytime any small issues have arisen.
This year we brought our bikes, because their in a trail that starts near this home, my kids loved being able to ride bikes all through the Back Country Trails in Orange Beach.

Heavenly Sunset is a newer gulf front home located along the beautiful Gulf Coast in Orange Beach AL. The West side of this home sleeps up to 16 guests. There are 5 bedrooms & 4 full baths. This home is located in a great central location.

Welcome to “Heavenly Sunset,” a beachfront vacation rental that lives up to its name. This rental is one-half of a gorgeous Gulf-front property in Orange Beach, and it sits in the perfect spot to take in the sapphire waves, white sands, and golden sun of the Gulf. Not to mention the property’s excellent central location near everything you’d want to do in Orange Beach, Gulf Shores and Perdido Key, FL.
Rent Heavenly Sunset and spread out in 5 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms, with sleeping space for a total of 16 guests. Or, rent both Heavenly Sunset AND its identical neighbor, Heavenly Sunrise, to sleep 30 people. (If your vacation dates are already booked, check out Sunrise—its floor plan is exactly the same as Sunset!) Please note, there are louvered privacy walls between all balconies and between the Gulf front decks between the units and in the parking area under the house also. You will have total privacy between the units.
Sunset alone has 2,600 sq. ft. of space, plus three private, covered balconies. One balcony at the back of the house overlooks the pool, and two at the front face an expansive view of the Gulf and beach.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
This side of the property accommodates up to 16 guests, with 5 bedrooms, 10 beds, and 4 bathrooms.
First Floor
The first floor bedroom has a king-sized bed and bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
Second Floor
The second floor has 4 bedrooms—2 with plush king beds and custom bunk rooms.
One bedroom on this floor has new custom bunks featuring queen over queen bunks and a twin xl over twin xl bunk (sleeps 6). Another offers two twin xl over twin xl custom built bunk beds (sleeps 4) The custom twin bunks will accommodate children or adults with the twin XL mattresses. These two bedrooms share a full-sized bathroom. Both sets of custom bunks were added Winter on 2022.
Both king bedrooms (both with Gulf views!) feature their own private bathrooms. One bedroom showcases the Gulf view through big windows; the other bedroom has its own private, beachfront balcony where you can sip your morning coffee overlooking the water!
The Living Spaces
The first floor features a roomy living area with a flat-screen TV, nap-worthy sofas and windows that fill the space with natural light. There is room here for everyone to lounge together in the A/C after a day at the beach! From here, access a covered, private balcony overlooking the Gulf and beach from comfy Adirondack chairs.
Outside, the ground-level, covered patio is equipped with a picnic table and porch swing to enjoy the seabreeze while staying shaded from the sun. Here, you can also rinse off all the salt and sand in the freshwater outdoor shower. The big, sparkling pool is steps away, and is only shared with the neighboring property, Heavenly Sunrise.
Kitchen and Dining
The kitchen is fully equipped and stocked, with all of the appliances and amenities you’d find at home, including a coffee maker and the double-door fridge with plenty of room for your vacation groceries.
The dining area features an 8-person dining table—perfect for your group feasts. The adjacent kitchen island with 5 barstools makes a great “kids table.” And don’t forget the picnic table underneath the house on the patio!
