Our group of three 30 year old females stayed here for a long weekend. Excellent location. Loved the balcony and view. We made ourselves feel right at home. We were able to contact our host to check in early which was a plus. I would book this property again.

We enjoyed our stay! Very clean! We would definitely stay here again. The only complaint I have is there was no mention of a $30 parking fee per car in the listing. The parking is covered so your car isn’t baking in the sun and the parking lot does have security.

We loved our stay at this condo it was fully equipped with all you could need. The owners left cute gifts for kids. Had access to beach equipment and the place was well maintained. Very cute decor.

The location of this property was perfect for our needs. The state park is not too far, and they have free bikes to use in the park which is great with kids. The condo had great access to the beach, and the pools were awesome. We also loved the restroom access on the ground floor for when we were at the pool or beach. We will definitely try to stay here again!

This is an adorable condo with everything you would need for a weekend away included. The decor is cute and whimsical. I came with my daughter and her friend for just two night, but it was just what we needed to refresh and renew ourselves. We will definitely book here again.

Right on the beach! The room is nice and stocked with everything you need (except beach towels). Even though the grounds and property are older, the room is clean and updated.

SUGAR BEACH CONDO...LOW SNOWBIRD RATES
The complex is directly on the Gulf of Mexico with 4 pools (1 heated, 1 kiddie) with bathrooms nearby. A snack bar is open during the summer months that serves a wide variety of snacks, from burgers, hot dogs, ice cream, candy, soft drinks to alcoholic beverages. Beach chairs and umbrellas are set up and available for rent on the beach, or you can bring your own. There is a place to wash the sand off when returning from the beach. The pool area has 3 gazebos providing shade for those who want to be out of the sun while watching their children in the pools or enjoying a picnic lunch. There is also a charcoal grill, picnic tables, shuffleboard and a tennis court on the property.
Orange Beach is a centrally located area that is near several championship golf courses, as well as miniature golf, zoo, amusement parks, water park, outlet mall and an amphitheater at the Wharf that hosts many big name concerts. The Fort Morgan Historical site is nearby with a ferry that takes you to Dauphin Island. There are many great dining options at every price point. It's just a 45 minute drive to the Pensacola Naval Air Base, home of the Blue Angels. Come and see all the area has to offer.

The deposit of $150 is NON REFUNDABLE . The balance of the rental is due 30 days prior to renting. If the rental is cancelled before the 30 day mark you will receive a full refund minus the $150 NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT. If the rental is cancelled after the 30 day mark you will forfeit the full rental.
