The place was absolutely amazing! Every amenity we wanted was provided plus some. David was a great host and worked with us, responding to anything we needed! We were right on the water, and there was room for us on the beach even during spring break. It felt very safe with a new padlock code when we arrived, and check in was a breeze! I will definitely look to book here again!

Talk to Dave several times before we arrived at his condo and during our stay. Very responsive super clean Condo great view of the Gulf of America and quiet. Looking forward to staying there next year. We stayed there for the whole month of February.

The view was exactly as he described “endless”. The condo is large and works so well for a family. It’s much bigger than expected and the pool and beach are right there. The patio is there the best view. We would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a peaceful beach vacation. David even called us for a question that was easiest resolved with chatting. Great stay!

Inside the condo, you'll find an open, light-filled living space. The well equipped kitchen features lots of counter space and a full suite of stainless steel appliances, and there's plenty of mealtime seating between the dining table and table on the balcony. When you're ready to explore, you're within walking distance of shopping, restaurants, and grocery stores, and under a mile from even more options at Palm Point Plaza. Gulf State Park is a little under four miles down the road, with central Gulf Shores a few miles beyond.
After a day on the beach, cool off in the central AC while the full size washer/dryer takes care of any laundry.
