Happiness Found ~ Summer House 601a, Orange Beach, Alabama Vacation Rental by Owner

We had a great time at 601a the views were awesome had wonderful morning sunrises while drinking coffee weather was awesome and lots of cool things to do the condo was very well put together everything you need is their plenty of room to stretch out and so relaxing listening to the sounds of the ocean was amazing we already have talked about going back for another vacation. Would highly recommend going to 601a The balcony was amazing as well.

Renting 601a and 705a from Stephanie was the perfect combination for our family gathering. It didn’t matter what the weather was with a well equipped kitchen, heated indoor pool and lots of board games. Also there were great views from the balconies. We highly recommend both condos.

This was our first time in 601 A and it didn’t disappoint. Very comfortable accommodations and a well-stocked kitchen. Loved loved loved the balcony ! Morning coffee in a rocking chair while watching for dolphins was a great way to welcome each day. It was so easy working with Stephanie to book the condo. Can’t wait to return.

This is our second year in OB staying in 601-A. This property never disappoints. From booking to the week vacation the owner goes above and beyond to make every detail seamless. The owners take care of the renters as if you are family. We love everything about this unit. I highly recommend.

Comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen, serene beachy decor, great balcony furniture and uplifting “Happiness” throughout. Stephanie is easy to work with - very responsive and truly cares about the experience you have. See you again next year!

Happiness 601a provides beautiful views of the Gulf! The wraparound balcony is phenomenal. There is an abundance of kitchenware as well as a crockpot, Instapot, and covered skillet. The stairs are right by your condo for easy access down to the beach. We had 2 families with 8 people total and had no problems at all. I already miss spending my morning on the balcony with my coffee watching the dolphins EVERYDAY!

Great location, nicely accommodated, well-appointed kitchen, and just a few steps to the beach . A killer wraparound terrace acts as an outdoor living room with sweeping Gulf views. Loved it - can't wait to go back!

This condo is amazing. Stephanie is so very easy to work with. We had 5 adults & all of us were comfortable inside & outside. The rooms are spacious & the condo design is very well laid out. We spent most of our mornings & evenings out on the balcony, which is just as amazing as the inside. It was also spotlessly clean with ample supply of towels & wash cloths, not to mention how well the kitchen is stocked. We definitely plan on staying again. We were so pleased with the condo for our girls trip. My friends love new adventures, but wanted to come back here again! Lots of room, extremely well stocked kitchen, games, great location, and the balcony!! We spent much time on that wonderful balcony, in comfy rocking chairs ( and high top table and loungers!) We’ve been home less than 2 hours and I am so missing Summer House’s spacious, beautiful balcony! ?? Nothing like spending your morning here with a cup of coffee or the evening after a long day at the beach, watching the waves crash and feeling that amazing breeze! We (party of 8) had plenty of room to spread out in the condo. Furnishings are clean and no attention to detail was missed - plenty of hooks to hang towels and swimsuits, lots of kitchen amenities, king bed is comfy, kids enjoyed their own room with bunk beds, and that ICE MACHINE! So convenient. Love the full size washer and dryer, too. This is the second property we’ve stayed at of Stephanie’s; both are beautiful and she is great to work with! We will not stay anywhere else on our trips to Orange Beach or Gulf Shores!

Stephanie is amazing! It’s nice to rent from someone that cares about you and your needs. Condo…amazing! Spacious, balcony beats any thing I’ve seen in all the years of renting beachfront condos. We’ll definitely be back! I especially liked that summer house isn’t too big like some of the others in the area. Which means elevators are easily accessible and pools are never too crowded. Kids loved the double set of bunk beds!

From the moment we walked into the condo... we knew it would be a splendid stay! The smell was amazing, the cleanliness was perfection, and the colors were so vibrant and welcoming. We were welcomed with sweet little keepsakes from the owners to enjoy on during the stay. The beds were comfy, the living room/dining had an abundance of seating...each with a marvelous view! The kitchen was WELL stocked with any and all needed kitchen tools. As a mom, I was so appreciative of the ample amount of hooks in each room/bathroom for towels, hats, and swimsuits. The balcony was my favorite place to be! The balcony furniture is super comfy and plenty for everyone to have a seat with a view. The Mann's were more than accommodating and SO easy to work with. We love OBA and the location of Summerhouse was PERFECT. It was close to anything you needed.... groceries, pharmacy, souvenirs, drinks, restaurants, and activities! We will be back for sure!!!

601A was absolutely perfect for our time at the beach! Stephanie made sure everything was there for us to enjoy our time and be able to relax! This is by far the best condo we have ever stayed in. It has a cozy feel like you are at home. There is plenty of seating for everyone to hang out in the living area without being on top of each other. The beds were really comfortable. The best part is the balcony, it is amazing! The kitchen had all the amenities we needed so we didn't have to eat out every meal. The host was kind and very responsive. We will definitely stay here the next time we are visiting Orange Beach.

We spent the month of Feb at Summer House 601A. It was fantastic. Stephanie was great to work with. The condo was light and bright. Very clean and well equipped. Very comfy beds and fantastic view from wrap around balcony. We would have booked for next Feb but was booked during the time we would wanted it.

This is our second time at 601A Happiness and we still absolutely love everything about it. Stephanie is wonderful to work with and she has thought of little touch in her beautiful and relaxing condo. We love the beach interior design and kitchen is fully stocked. We cooked Thanksgiving dinner and needed nothing. The views inside and out are the BEST along with the huge balcony for sitting/eating relaxing being at the beach. Location is close to Rouse's Market which we prefer over the Walmart there. Lots of restaurants close by and the Sweet Cone Alabama our favorite ice cream store. We will definitely return to his condo as soon as possible. We appreciate Stephanie and her family sharing this special spot. 601A Happiness - Our Happy Place too.

This was our first time staying in Orange Beach after staying in Gulf Shores about 20(+) times. We loved it! The Happiness601A condo gave us everything we needed after a very long 2020! All the condos we have stayed at before had a third bedroom that was only large enough for 1 bunk bed, which left our kids separated on pull out couches. This third bedroom was huge! They all loved being together! The kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable. We had a few hiccups from other condos around us but that has to be expected post hurricane. The balcony was everything for us. We definitely found happiness and will return!

We stayed at Summer House six years ago on our first vacation to Orange Beach. Since then, we’ve stayed at several Phoenix buildings. Summer House 601a is by far the best unit. Everything was clean, neat and comfortable. The view is incredible from the large balcony. Stephanie and her family have done an excellent job of recovering from the storm. We will definitely be back.

We stayed at Summer House a couple years ago and enjoyed everything the condo had to offer. So when we saw Stephanie working hard and getting her condo set back up after the hurricane hit them last year we wanted to help support her. We are so grateful that everything worked out and we were able to come and make wonderful memories with our family.

First of all, may I say that Stephanie is by far the best owner we've ever worked with. Location of the condo is ideal, not too crowded and in close proximity to everything you need. And the unit itself - every attention to detail was met. From the welcome gift upon arrival, the comfortable and beautiful decor, to the many hooks in every room, this unit left nothing to be desired. And Stephanie thought of it all especially in the kitchen, as we dined in this trip due to COVID19 scare. Everything we needed was there, even my favorite spice - Tony Chachere's! The corner deck offered impeccable views and lots of beautiful and comfortable furniture for lounging with a glass of wine and napping. Bedding was very comfortable. My husband said it "felt like home" and that is something he's never said before. We will definitely want to return. Highly recommend this unit.

This condo is so beautifully decorated! So cozy! We just kept talking about all the special touches all week! The kitchen is so well stocked which was amazing since we stayed in for meals more than usual. The ice maker! Amazing! The balcony is so spacious for the whole family and being on the corner we had such nice breezes. This was our first trip to Orange Beach and we were not disappointed! Lovely area and the condo is located close to many great restaurant options and shopping! We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to families. We had 6 people and had plenty of space. The pool area is nice but small, not enough seating and would get quite crowded in some parts of the day. Not really a problem for us, you have a great view of the pool from the condo so we just would head down when pool cleared out! We were there during peak summer on top of this crazy time of physical distancing so it definitely would not keep us from planning to stay here again. Check in was a breeze and the owners are awesome! Highly recommend staying here!

We absolutely loved this condo! It was not only decorated beautifully, but was extremely well stocked! The little “gifts” you receive is just an added bonus to how wonderful this condo is! This condo is one of our favorites we have ever stayed in. We had amazing weather, played some good baseball (in town for a tournament), and spent every remaining minute on the beach or on the wrap around patio. We can't wait to book again with Stephanie.

This condo is unbelievably beautiful. The owners have spared no expense to make visitors comfortable. From the posh kitchen, to the oh so comfortable bedding...this was undoubtedly the nicest unit we’ve ever rented. Te wrap around balcony is to die for. My friends and I had a great time on our girls weekend at 601a Happiness! The condo was so cozy and we loved the spacious balcony. The location was perfect as it was close to the grocery store and a quick drive to Flora Bama. The beach was not crowded at all. 601a Happiness gave us the best spot for a fun and relaxing girls weekend, and we're all ready to go back!

We ABSOLUTELY LOVED this condo. It was perfect for our family downtime! Stephanie was wonderful and everything was smooth. Condo was spotless and stocked with everything imaginable! We loved the beachy decor and layout of condo. The VIEWS are priceless. We could take in the ocean views from the kitchen (I'd cook and clean anytime if I always had this view), dining room, living room and master bedroom. Just BEAUTIFUL! You could also see if from the other 2 bedrooms however that was for sleeping. We spent day and night on the huge balcony just having quality family time. The pool was great as well. Elevator was quick. Close to shopping & dining . I don't think we ever went over 1 - 2 miles from the condo. Loved the area. We are already looking at our calendars to return next year. This was the BEST, MOST RELAXING family vacation we have ever had. Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us.

We LOVED every minute of our stay at Happiness. We are a large family of 8 and had plenty of room. We spent a lot of time on the balcony watching the waves and dolphins. The ice machine was awesome. The kitchen was well equipped as we cooked all of our meals there. Beach access was easy! We will definitely being staying here again. We stayed at this condo for the first time ever and were not disappointed. It's well maintained and furnished and is stocked with everything that you need to basically live here as though it's your home. We have a family of 5, and I'd say that the condo is perfect for a group that size. Multiple families using a condo together with five or more people might find it a little bit cramped unless all the kids are able to sleep in one bedroom, and even then, the adults would have to share a bathroom either with the other adults or the kids. The wrap around deck is a great size and has rocking chairs and a table to relax at. Beach access is very easy, as is access to the pool, which is a nice sized pool for what it's worth. There is little to no crowding to the east of the building, so there was a lot of beach space for people willing to walk a tiny bit farther. There was construction going on at the building next door, and several owners of that building own dogs who park at all hours of the day and night until they're let in from the balcony, but that wouldn't deter us from going back. The owner is very attentive to her guests and responds quickly to questions or concerns. She was one of the best owners we've ever dealt with, and we've stayed at probably a dozen different condos over the years. Highly recommend.

The Condo had anything and everything you would need and then some. comfortable seating indoors and out. Brenda does an amazing job with cleaning. the ice machine is a bonus for sure. My husband said if we ever go back we will surely book with you again.

Summer House #601A was the perfect home away from home! There wasn't an amenity that was overlooked. The condo was cleaned to perfection and was so accommodating. This corner unit overlooked the white sandy beaches. Each room had its own entry to the balcony with a beach view. We absolutely loved and enjoyed our stay.

We returned home Saturday from an AMAZING relaxing, serene 7 days . Absolutely hated to pull out of the parking lot. Brought four very tired college grads with me. We spent the majority of our time right there in the condo or on the sand. LOVED the condo so much , I asked Stephanie to just sell it to us...She, of course...laughed. Enjoyed every transaction with her and feel like I have a new friend. DEFINITELY want to return. SOON!

What an experience this place is....the views are absolutely stunning off the wrap around balcony! The owner for sure thinks about everything for their guest - great amenities! You are just steps to the beach! Location of this condo is awesome...its near dining, grocery and shopping!!! Be sure to book quickly cause they book up fast!

What a wonderful condo in Orange Beach!!!! If you rent one I soooooo would recommend this one!! Hope everyone enjoyed all my beach pics on FB.

We spent 3 glorious days and nights at this beautiful place. I’ve been to several beachfront properties, this rivals (or takes) first place. The balcony is just divine. 6th floor corner views mean you can still people watch, dolphin watch and get fantastic breezes - but aren’t bothered at all by foot traffic. Big comfy furniture and the high top was perfect for sipping wine or martinis. The condo is VERY nicely equipped and furnished. Falling asleep and waking to the sound of ocean waves was heaven. We were three, and while the condo holds more (and we hoped more could make it), don’t discount the advantage of private bedrooms for everyone. Highly highly recommend

Your giant wrap around balcony is THE best I've ever enjoyed. Seeing 180 degrees of unobstructed beach is almost impossible to find. And, the beach is never crowded - thanks to the very small properties next door. I LOVE your place!

Definitely recommend 601 Happiness! Stephanie has thought of absolutely everything -- they truly allow you to enjoy their home. The unit is beautifully and comfortably decorated. The balcony views are amazing --- I loved sitting with my glass of wine in the afternoons watching the sunset. Just perfect. Thank you!

I just wanted to say Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with my family. We had a great time. The condo was beautiful and very well cared for. The kids were comfortable in the beds and so were we. We spent lots of time on the balcony enjoying the breeze and view when we weren’t at the beach. We even had music on Saturday night and on our last day, the kids got to see dolphins swimming close by. Thanks so much for this chance to bring my kids back to the beach! They can’t wait to do it again.

Our stay at Summer House was absolutely perfect for our family of 5 plus Grandma. The kids loved the bunk beds, we had plenty of space, the kitchen had everything you could ever need, and the best....the view!!! That deck was the perfect way to relax ANY time of the day. Condo was across the street from all the stores you would need. One even had Pick Up/Order Ahead. The pools were wonderful and the beaches were clean/safe. We will come back!!!

This condo is absolutely beautiful. It’s very clean and everything updated. The beds are comfy, the kitchen well stocked, the balcony is huge with great views, and the property is also really nice. The owners have been so great and helpful!

Your condo is great on so many levels! To begin with, its location is ideal - easy access from the expressway and convenient shopping and dining options nearby. The unit itself could not be any nicer and the views are ideal. Even the security on site was impressive with their friendliness and professionalism. I hope to come back!

We had a wonderful time at the condo. The view from the balcony is amazing. We couldn't believe how big the balcony was - It wrapped around the side of the condo. You could actually access it from every room. We loved it. We really appreciate all the extras you provide also. And I have to say that the Master bedroom mattress was very comfortable. We will definitely be back!

After a long day of enjoying the relaxing beach, we looked forward to heading upstairs to relax in the condo. Beautiful, updated decor and breathtaking views. I loved that you could open the door and listen to the ocean waves in EVERY room! The condo is equipped with anything you could possibly need and if it’s not there, the location is so convenient that shops, markets, and more are just minuets away. We can’t wait to go back!

Arrived to a beautifully appointed beach condo. Great views, well equipped kitchen, beautiful bathrooms. The master bedroom bed is the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. That says a lot since I traveled for 20 years and stayed at many nice hotels and resorts. The girls and grandmother relaxed and caught up on sleep and reading. It was great to walk onto the beach from the large outdoor pool. We plan on going again.

The views of the beautiful blue waters of the Gulf from EVERY room brings peace and relaxation from the minute you arrive in 601a. From the Bunk Room for the kids, newly renovated bathrooms to the wonderfully appointed kitchen, makes this condo perfect for you and your family.

The unobstructed view on this corner unit surprised me. The deep balcony with ample seating gave us so much room for conversation and gazing at the waves rolling in. With the smaller properties set back, we can see all the way to Florida. Indoor pool and giant spa were nice and warm on this chilly day. This is a good place for families or a girl trip.
