Turquoise Place Luxury, Orange Beach, Alabama Vacation Rental by Owner

We just stayed at one of Kate's Condo's again this September going on at least 10 years now most of the time for our Anniversary. Our first time in C1703 and it's as wonderful as her place we usually stay at on the 19th floor. Kate is always easy to get in touch with and makes our special trip from Illinois a most wonderful one. the Amenities such as the Lazy River, new Slide at the pool and food and drinks are amazing!! This trip we celebrated our 35th Wedding Anniversary and we would not have wanted to stay anywhere else. Can't wait to see if we can get away and get back next year!!!

Kate was great to deal with and very responsive. Condo was very nice and well furnished. Would definitely recommend.

What a fabulous place to stay!!! The beautiful Turquoise Place 1703 "home away from home" was absolutely wonderful! The views are spectacular, as are all of the amenities. There was not a single thing that we needed, that they did not have. The beds were comfy, the hot tub was fabulous, and Kate, the owner, could not have been easier to work with!! My husband and I, along with our friends, left saying not only will we be back but it is by far the best condo we have ever stayed in. The hot tub on the balcony was to die for! This condo is fabulous as a couples getaway, as well as being extremely family friendly! Love, love, love this place!!

We have been staying in Orange Beach area for 15 years now. We have stayed at a number of nice places, but this has been our favorite. It's well-appointed, even to picky tastes. The corner sectional sofa is perfect for an afternoon nap if the bed is too much of a commitment. ha! The view is unmatched. We really appreciated the indoor pool for the occasional rainy day. We didn't explore the tennis court and putting green, but they would be perfect for cooler weather. The lazy river is a great alternative to the beach if walking out to the sand feels like too much effort. The location is wonderful, close to so many restaurants and grocery stores. The units are well insulated and offer a very comfortable level of privacy and quiet. This unit had everything we reached for while we were there. It was much like home, only ten times better. We will be repeat visitors!

My wife and I have spent 4 of the last 6 anniversaries here at this unit at Turquoise Place. You would have to search high and low to find a nicer place, as this unit and the entire place is as nice as you will find on the gulf coast. Anything you need is in this place, and it is a short walk to anything like restaurants, groceries, shopping, etc. The owners are super easy to work with, and they help make sure every detail is perfect. The bedrooms, bathrooms, and living areas are all top shelf, and the balcony with hot tub, outdoor kitchen , TV, and the best view of the beach you can imagine make this perfect for a family, friends or couples getaway. I can't imagine anyone not falling in love with this place. We'll be back next year for sure.

This was the eighth year that we have had our Annual Family Beach Vacation. Our group consists of grandparents, daughter, son-in-law and three kids. We grandparents could sit on the beautiful balcony all day and enjoy the view while looking for dolphins. The rest of the crew are beach bums and could live on the beautiful beach. We always stay at Turquoise Place and this year found C1703. Kate was great to work with and responded immediately to any questions we had. The condo is exactly as described...perfect in every way. Having the grill on the balcony is nice as we eat in a few nights. The other evenings we have to do at least the kids' "traditions"...The Hangout, Lulu's, The Gulf. What a sad day when we had to pack up and leave beautiful Turquoise Place!

This was the second time that we have stayed in this beautiful condo. We had a group of nine and had plenty of room. The view from the balcony is stunning, with a hot tub and tv to watch. The grill is very nice to have also. This condo has everything to make your vacation totally awesome. Kate has always been super to work with. She always answers your questions in a timely manner. And the beach and Turquoise Place is the best anywhere!!!

This is a top-notch condo in a great building. The unit itself is extremely spacious, well stocked, and has a great balcony. The rooms are nice and large too. The unit is designed and decorated wonderfully. The kitchen is full of the cookware and utensils you may need. We are familiar with many places in the area and all agreed that this unit was our favorite and Turquoise is a great building with the best selection of amenities. The owners do a great job with this one; do not think twice and book it immediately!

We recently stayed here with our family over the holidays. The accommodations were great and exactly as described in listing. Very spacious for our group of six. Well maintained property with incredible views and great small-town feel for a Gulf Coast location. Plenty to do with good shopping and local restaurants. Kate was incredible to work with as we had plenty of questions about the property and the local area, which she was always very quick to respond and extremely helpful. The beach is simply spectacular, having an extremely wide expanse and a beach/sand quality second to none. We will definitely stay here again when we return to the area in the future.

Absolute stunning unit; our family has vacationed on the coast for 30 years and this unit was voted #1 by the family -- large rooms, beautiful and stunning balcony views, great hot tub and outdoor tv on the patio. Outdoor grill was really a plus and convenient. Convenient, covered and secure parking. Turquoise Place is convenient to restaurants and close to shopping and groceries ! We will rent again and again !
