Parking passes - $50 per vehicle, limit 2 per unit (3rd pass can be purchased from front desk upon check-in if space is available)
Payments can be paid via credit card with PayPal for additional 3.5% processing fee or check (time permitting)

Beautiful complex with tons of amenities. Bar with food items onsite. Condo was located right by the elevator and on the same floor as the indoor pool. Condo was very clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again!

I have stayed in many vacation condos over the years and Unit 406 D at Turquoise Place is the very best! It was our first time staying in Orange Beach Alabama and we will definitely be back. My daughter and her family and I were happy with every aspect.. This property is a full service resort! My 7 year old grandson was very impressed as well and stated "this is the best vacation ever!". The location of the condo on the 4th floor worked so well, especially with a 7 year old and a baby....... no long elevator rides and the expansive indoor pool, lazy river and play area are located on this floor as well. We were so happy to be able to hear the ocean waves from the balcony.....so peaceful. This is a fully stocked condo with very comfortable beds. Amy Corbin is very easy to work with and the front desk there made check in a breeze. I recommend this condo to anyone of any age especially families with children! I want to add that the pools here are HUGE and never felt crowded even though we stayed during busy season.

Beautiful! This condo has everything you could ask for and more. It is the perfect place for a family vacation so many great memories were made. The owner was very easy to work with and very helpful with questions. We cannot wait to come back and make many more memories!

406 D was the perfect place for our family! After our original condo rental we had reserved for 2 months canceled on us 4 days. Before our vacation because repair from hurricanes were not completed we found turquoise Place 406 D???????? All I can say is it was a BLESSING in disguise! Grime the moment we opened the door to this beautiful condo we felt on vacation in luxury and comfort! I am so thankful for the owners working with us in our frantic search! I would HIGHLY recommend this condo and the owners I cannot wait to return ?? ?? ?? ?? ??

This condo was the perfect place for our family trip to Orange Beach! The unit is beautiful - very nicely appointed and quality furnishings. Kitchen is well equipped and the gas grill on the balcony is a game changer! Balcony furniture is comfy too! And the view is perfect. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay at this condo! This unit is absolutely beautiful and the view is amazing. We grilled out several times on the deck and loved watching the surf from the hot tub. We will definitely be back.
