Notice: Beginning in September, 2024, there will be ongoing construction at Lei Lani properties with an expected date of completion in July 2025. There will be no access to balconies at Lei Lani Tower during this time period and some inconvenience may be experienced due to outdoor furniture storage in the living space. Jack hammers and workers on scaffolding outside the building and on balconies will occur. There is the possibility that unscheduled access to the units may be required during certain phases. Some amenities may require temporary closure. Parking may also be adversely affected. Elevator service may be periodically interrupted during this time. Renovation schedule is estimated and may be affected by weather conditions or other elements outside of Vacasa's control. Lei Lani Village and Lei Lani Mini-Tower properties will be minimally affected, but common areas shared with Lei Lani Tower may be impacted.

Inviting patio furniture offers the perfect spot to watch the sun rise and set, quietly enjoy a cup of coffee in the early morning hours, or even have a quick lunch before heading back down to the beach.

The kitchen is right-sized for up to four people and features an eat-in, countertop-height bar that is an ideal spot for children to dine or even play a game while the grownups prepare a meal.

The bedroom comes with a king-sized bed. There's also a sleeper sofa in the living room where you can fall asleep gazing at the reflection of the moon and stars on the water.

The condo complex features an indoor pool and an outdoor pool on the Gulf side. Across the street, you'll find another outdoor pool with a view of Old River, a tennis court, and a pier with seating. A barbecue and picnic area is also available.
No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
