THINGS TO KNOW
Balcony construction will begin on March 31 and will continue through the first week of April. Balcony access will be closed off completely, and workers/equipment will block any views from the balcony as well. Construction will be noisy and produce dust/debris nearby the balcony. Access through the condo will be required to enter the balcony for all construction workers as well.
