It's also hard not to notice the spectacular views of the emerald water which are hard to miss from the moment you enter the unit into the main open floor plan living area. The two guest suites are on either side near the entrance of the unit while the master is separate and shares the views of the gulf. Dining for six and an additional four at the bar as well in addition to the outdoor seating on the spacious balcony allow for plenty of entertaining and room to spread out.

Recent renovations to the interior of the building were completed in March 2019. The remodel included new paint, flooring, and lighting in the interior atrium. Upgrades and additions to the furniture and accessories in the atrium were also included. New elevators were installed and also upgraded pool deck furniture was purchased.
Located off of Scenic Highway 30-A in South Walton County, Florida, it's minutes from the Fort Walton and Panama City Beach Airports but worlds away from the crowds. Highway 30A is a two-lane road that hugs the coastline of one of the world's most beautiful white sand beaches. Blue Lupine is tucked along 30A between Destin and Panama City Beach (20-25 min to each), 15 minutes from Sandestin, 5 minutes from Seaside, Watercolor and Grayton Beach. Zoned residential, there are no hotels or high-density developments. There is an 8-mile bike path, a state park, many top-notch local restaurants, art galleries, boutiques, gourmet food and wine stores and even a Publix supermarket just a few miles away.
On site is an equipped fitness room, which has 3 treadmills, 2 bikes, 2 cross-trainers/ellipticals, weight machines and free weights. There are 2 conference rooms and high speed wireless internet access throughout the building. A community barbecue area with 2 new gas grills and seating are also located on the property for guests use. The pool and hot tub are gated and overlook the beautiful Gulf of Mexico and also require keypad gated access for privacy. Nestled between the 2 gated non-rental housing communities, we enjoy a very private and quiet beach. During high season, there is security on site most nights of the week. There is also high speed wireless internet, covered parking for one vehicle with outside parking for additional vehicles and gated access. All 48 units in the 4 story building open into a 50 ft high tropical atrium with interior plants, large skylight, with sofas and chairs throughout. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available in high season. Bike rentals are also available right around the corner.
