Welcome to "Seas 30A" we are new owners to this amazing unit. We would like everyone to feel as safe as possible while traveling. Therefore we ask for a set amount of time allowing the unit to be cleaned in accordance with the top standards. Please note that all linen is removed from the unit in between guests and laundered.
We will text you as soon as the condo is ready and we ask that if you are planning on departing early that you let us know ahead of time. This allows us to get the next guests in early.

Just returned from a fun & relaxing trip! The condo has a beautiful view of the beach! We timed how long it took to get from the condo to our beach chairs & it was 1 m 23 secs including entering the gate code! The condo was immaculate & cozy! The beds were so comfortable. Coffee, beach towels, laundry detergent, shampoo/conditioner all available in the condo. Eileen was a gem to work with. We look forward to returning again soon!

We returned from our stay a few weeks ago and the condo was perfect for our family of 4. My kiddos loved it and we enjoyed being so close to the beach. The view was amazing! Eileen was so wonderful to work with and we appreciated the welcome gifts! We look forward to returning.

We spent last week in Blue Mtn and had a blast! The condo is quiet and great for families or adults. Gated beach access was so convenient. The condo is thoughtfully furnished and very clean. The view from the balcony was fabulous for coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the afternoon. Very comfortable beds. Eileen was so great with the communication about the condo and any needs we had. It was our first time to stay on this end of 30a and we definitely return. We loved walking to the bakery for breakfast and to blue Mabel for dinner.

We just got back from a great long weekend in Blue Mountain. Booking was easy and efficient and the condo was exactly as expected and very clean. The view was even better! Loved waking up to the sights and sounds of the ocean literally right outside. The decor was lovely and the space was perfect for a 2 bedroom. The large balcony was a plus as well as the super easy gated beach access. You are also very walkable to the bakery, creamery and restaurants. We look forward to booking again!

This low-rise condominium only consists of ten total units making the private beach access very quiet and secluded. This fabulous Blue Mountain Beach location is within walking distance of Johnny McTigh's Irish Pub, Blue Mabel's Smokehouse & Provisions, Red Fish Taco, Blue Mountain Beach Creamery and For the Health of It, which is the oldest health food store in South Walton. We are also glad to announce that Cowgirl kitchen will be opening in its new location this season, next to Blur Mabel. You are also minutes away from popular restaurants, friendly beach bars and shopping in Santa Rosa Beach, Grayton Beach as well as Seaside.
This Condo only allows for 6 people to stay the night.
On-site parking restricted to one vehicle per property. Minimal overflow parking is available on a first come, first serve basis.
