We spent a little over a week here and absolutely loved it! The house comes with just about everything you would need; beach towels, beach gear, bikes, awesome kitchen. The location was great...minutes to the beach, stores, restaurants!! My whole family had plenty of space to spread out, and also the perfect living/kitchen/pool table area to come together. The beds were sooo comfortable, too. Eileen was an AMAZING host! Anything we needed, she was more than happy to help. We mostly went to Gulfview Heights beach access but also loved that we could go to BMB and Grayton so easily when we wanted a change of scenery. We cannot wait to go back!

This house was the absolute perfect place for our family of 6. The house was clean, WELL stocked and the location was PERFECT! The neighborhood was so quite, we had the pool to ourselves every day/night. Beach access is convenient from 3 locations. We rode our golf cart everywhere and never had to move our personal vehicle. This house provided plenty of beach towels and chairs, an ice maker for the cooler, and an outdoor shower perfect for returning from the beach. Eileen had great communication through the whole process, provided us plenty of information for golf cart rental, restaurants, and local activities. Hands down our favorite place we’ve stayed on 30A.

The Woodwards
This home was great for our family of four (teen boy and girl so each had their own room/bathroom) The layout would easily accommodate 3 adults couples. Conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood off 30A close to plenty eateries. 3 beach access areas within minutes from the home. Master king downstairs and 2 bedrooms/2 baths upstairs and a sitting area with a small nook for an air mattress if needed extra sleeping. The pool table was a plus for my 17yr old son. The neighborhood pool is nice as well. The home come with bikes. We will add this home to our 30A rental options and look forward to visiting again!!!

I have a stressful job and wanted to get away with the family. This house was open. We frequent 30A often and have never even been inside the gates of Forest Lakes. This home exceeded our expectations. We rented a golf cart, Eileen set it up where we got a significant discounted rate, the house was a great price, we had an amazing time at the beach and all the close places to eat. I loved that there was a playground for the kids. I may also add that the house was very clean, I have stayed at previous homes and this one was the cleanest we have stayed. We will return.

This home has everything you could want for a week (or more) at the beach! Big, open, fully stocked kitchen. You can shower outside after a great day at the beach and hang out on the porch with your crew. The beds are very comfortable too! The location is ideal for bike riding and public beach access. I highly recommend this home! You will already be planning your return when it’s time to leave (I know I am)!
