Gone Sunning is a chic home located in Lakeside, which is in the heart of 30A's Blue Mountain Beach. If you frequent this area, then you know what this means. All of the best beaches, restaurants, ice cream shoppes, and more are just a short bike ride from our place. Quiet yet easily accessible, this is the perfect home for a family get away. The sugar white beaches are waiting!

Arrival: Checking in is always easy! Simply enter your person door code into our high security lock and vacation begins!

Main living area: Welcome to our piece of paradise! This home has been thoughtfully curated with your family in mind. Everything from the floors to the upscale décor are hand picked for the sole purpose of wowing our visitors and keep you coming year after year. The main living area features an open floor plan to optimize a social atmosphere, with a smaller seating area by the front entrance with a sofa, coffee table and bean bag for the adventurous one in your group. The main living area features a gas fireplace, 85 inch Smart TV with streaming services available, and a dining area. For our chefs in the group, our open kitchen is equipped with a gas range, large fridge, freezer, microwave, and a Keurig Duo Coffee Maker. The kitchen island overlooks the living area and has 4 comfy bar stools for dining, prep work or for just plain visiting the chef. There is a half bath by the kitchen hall.

Rest: The master suite is located on the first floor and features a king bed, 80 in Smart TV, a seating area, closet and a full master bath with a walk-in shower, toilet and double sink vanity. There is a room next to the entrance to the master with a daybed and trundle, you can keep the kids close by, but still have your private retreat. All other bedrooms are located on the second floor. The second master has a king bed, 80 inch Smart TV, 2 nightstands, a closet and a full bath with tub/shower combo. The last two bedrooms are similarly appointed, each having a king bed, large smart TV and a good size closet. One of these guest bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom. The bathroom for the other bedroom is just across the hall. For your convenience, this home also has a spacious laundry room with a full size washer and dryer, folding area and storage.

Play: Enjoy our lovely outdoor seating for your morning coffee. The community pool is conveniently across the street, practically in our front yard! One of the best attractions in this area is of course our sugar-like sandy beaches, so be sure to spend time there as well!

Starter Pack: We provide our guests with Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponge, coffee packs and laundry detergent pods. Guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities once our initial pack is depleted.

Cancellation Policy: Full refunds are given if your reservation is cancelled more than 60 days prior to your arrival date, less a $250 cancellation fee. There is no refund if the reservation is cancelled within 60 days of the arrival date. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking, otherwise the reservation is subject to cancellation.

Our Clean Initiative: Sheets, towels and blankets are professionally laundered between each reservation using SANIX by UNX which is an EPA registered product that disinfects, cleans and deodorizes. Our laundry service follows a cross contamination prevention strategy in accordance with CDC guidelines. In addition to our standard high-level clean between each reservation, we utilize Clorox wipes on all hard surfaces and use Lysol Disinfectant spray for fabric surfaces.
