The heart of the home resides on the second floor, featuring an open layout encompassing the kitchen, living, and dining areas, perfect for gathering. A second-floor balcony extends from the main living space, furnished with a dining table for four and two outdoor sofas. A queen-size bedroom with an en suite bathroom, equipped with a single sink and walk-in shower, also graces this level.

Ascending to the third floor reveals the primary suite, complete with a king-size bed and a private balcony boasting breathtaking Gulf Views. This suite includes a cozy sitting area with a large TV and an en suite featuring a soaking tub and walk-in shower. Additionally, two other bedrooms on this floor offer a king bed and a twin over full bunk, sharing a bathroom with dual sinks and a shower/tub combo.

The first level encompasses another master guest room, featuring a king-size bed, patio access, and a private en suite with a single sink and walk-in shower. For added convenience, two washers and dryers are provided on this floor. An exterior shower on the covered patio allows for convenient rinsing off after a day at the beach.
