We loved this property. The proximity to the beach was great, and even though we weren’t facing the beach we could still see it from the balcony. The couch is the most comfortable I have ever sat on and sucked us in for naps daily (please let me know where it was purchased from!! ) We would definitely rent this property again!

Just left our week long stay at this unit and I have nothing but positive things to say! Very clean and well stocked with all the necessities. The air conditioner was having a hard time cooling the unit down the first day, but I messaged the owner and she had someone out there to fix it within an hour! I’ve stayed at other units in this building, but this one was by far one of the bests! Would definitely recommend!!

We have been coming to the Inn at Blue Mountain for many years and it never disappoints! Great location, clean environment, and just steps from the beach. Unit was recently renovated and had ample seating in kitchen and den.

Easy checking, , very secure, lots of room for family …. Only drawback was going to beach before 6am to sign in for umbrella position. Had week long umbrella rental, but had to go down early to get near water. Private beach is small.

We had a fantastic time here! The unit was clean, we had one issue with the A/C and the owners took care of it quickly, they were easy to reach, the location was perfect, and the unit had plenty of room for everyone. Located right on the beach. The beach chair service company does take up the entire width of the beach area marked off for the condo. The only way to get a front row spot is to rent chairs. That was a little frustrating since we brought our own, but we managed and had a great time.

BEACHFRONT BUILDING, SLEEPS 8, BEACHFRONT POOL AND HOT TUB, COMPLIMENTARY BEACH CHAIR SERVICE, 30A
Enjoy your time at the beach in our fully equiped condo, including all the amenities of home. Our buildling is right on the beach and our condo is conveniently located at the front east side that provides balconies additional privacy from other guests. The master suite inccludes King bed with large bathroom and double vanities. Private balcony off of the master is great for morning coffee, and escaping with a good book. The second bedroom includes a Queen bed and private full bathroom. Also has access to the main outdoor patio through private glass sliders. The third bedroom is ideal for kids and family with 2 sets of bunks. Adjacent to full Hall bath. TV's in all bedrooms, New 65" TV in living room, and WiFI through out. Spacious living area with open kitchen. New sectional sofa and 6 seat dining table, welcomes family and friends to gather and relax after a long day on the beach. Large outdoor patio off of the living area with dining and lounge seating. Full size washer and dryer inside the unit.
Amenities include private ocean front pool and hot tub with private restrooms for convenience. A fully equiped fitness center is conveniently located on our floor. Grilling area is common for the building includes two gas grills. A new basketball court is on the property, a great place for kids and adults to unwind and rechaarge.
Our condo is one of the best kept secrets, private sanctuary off 30A and right on the beach!
Enjoy all surrounding beach communities, and world class restaurants, within a few miles and all inter connected by a bike and walking trail along scenic 30A.
