Tiki Tides, 30A-Beaches-South Walton, Florida Vacation Rental by Owner

Our stay was nothing short of amazing. This house was the perfect location for our trip! The proximity to the pool, local beaches, shops…literally everything we could have hoped for. We will most definitely be back!!

We stayed at Tiki Tides in October. Upon arrival, the home was very clean. The description of the home was exactly as advertised. The beds were nice and there was plenty of room for our family of 5. The kitchen had plenty of cooking supplies and the amount of Tupperware containers was nice to have as well! Tiki Tides is right across from the pool, which was very nice as we didn't have to use our golf cart. Speaking of the golf cart, it was provided through the rental management company and it was an excellent toy to have! Our boys loved taking rides up and down 30A on it. We even used the gas grill one evening and it was very clean and easy to operate. Check in/out was easy, no issues there. No issues during our stay and we look forward to coming back again!

The house was very nice and just the right fit for us. Golf cart was a plus.

Beautiful home and very very clean. Lovely neighborhood also. Everything from booking on to end of stay was great...easy and wonderful communication. Definitely recommend this place.

Everything was clean, aesthetically pleasing, and incredibly convenient. We really appreciated the attention to detail and thoughtfulness put into the rental. Additionally, the destination is a new favorite!

We went over Memorial Day weekend/week and had a an amazing time. The home was beautiful. The owner is amazing. So close to everything and being a hop skip and jump away from the pool was awesome. We will definitely be back.

It's a great house and our family enjoyed staying there! Its right by the pool and not far from the beach. We had a great time riding on the golf cart to check out the little beach areas and shops. We also enjoyed the bikes too, to ride around. It was a very fun family vacation.

We loved our week long stay at Tiki Tides! The house was very clean, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. We especially loved being steps away from the pool and hot tub. Incredible location! It was peaceful and quiet in the neighborhood and only minutes away from the beach, restaurants and surrounding towns. We enjoyed riding the bikes in the mornings on the bike path which is right across the street. We hope to return again soon!

This home was exactly what we were looking for. This was our first time having Thanksgiving away from home. It was so comfortable for our family of four along with my Mother. The kids shared the bunk room, my Mom got her own room and of course my wife and I had the master suite. All of the furnishings are very nice. We loved hanging out in this home.
The neighborhood is very quiet. The kids enjoyed the pool that was literally steps from our front door. We enjoyed the bikes on the nearby bike paths that took us either to town or to the multiple beach access points. 
The home was very clean and well stocked. It had everything we needed. 
I would highly recommend this property for everything I just mentioned but more for the great location. We found numerous restaurants nearby and also enjoyed the short drive to Destin and Panama City Beach.
We will definitely be back.

Wonderful location, beautiful home, very well decorated with comfortable beds, great kitchen, comfortable furniture across a great swimming pool. We loved the beaches which was few minutes away from the house, great restaurants very close by. We loved this location and this charming house. We will be back. The owners were great to give us information what to do and the activities around. We will recommend this house to all to our friends.

We stayed at Tiki Tides for one week, during Thanksgiving 2017 (calendar wouldn’t let me go back that far). Three adults and two teens were very comfortable in this three bathroom, three bedroom home. We had plenty of towels for all five of us. The beds and bedding provided were perfect. The furnishings and decor are high-end and tasteful, giving the home a beautiful, cozy, beach vibe. The kitchen is perfectly stocked for all of your meal prep needs with all of the basic equipment. Four bikes were included in our rental, which we used to cruise 30A. The Highlands Park neighborhood is located right on 30A, making it so convenient to access all of the beaches, restaurants, shops and other amenities that 30A has to offer. Highlands Park also has a resort style pool, hot tub, fire pit, huge party/bbq area and view tower. We can’t wait to go back to Tiki Tides!!

We absolutely loved Tiki Tides!!The home was very cozy, clean, spacious, and very inviting!! It was in a very quiet and safe neighborhood, close to shopping, restaurants, and of course the beach. The pool and hot tub were just steps away. We didn't have to leave the property to have fun. We also had fun riding around on the bikes that were provided. And, the white sand beaches were stunning!! My son had a great time exploring the sea creatures and meeting new friends. The weather this time of the year was perfect. This was our first time in Santa Rosa and we will definitely be back!!

We have stayed in several condos and homes all over 30A and Tiki Tides is, by far, our favorite house and neighborhood!! The resort style pool and outdoor area is amazing and will not disappoint! Our kids enjoyed the bikes provided by the home owners and took off in the neighborhood every day. We didn’t have to worry about their safety, as everyone is super friendly and helpful! The furnishings inside the home are top notch and nothing was forgotten about in the kitchen!! Comfy sofa, comfy beds, comfy chairs!! Everything is amazing!! Our kids kept saying they wanted to stay forever!! The owners are wonderful to work with and we look forward to future stays with the Clays!! Do not hesitate to book this awesome home for your vacation!

My family and I have been vacationing on 30A for over 10 years renting various homes. This has to be my favorite! The owner is so nice and accommodating. The property is in a perfect location and is beautifully decorated. I will be staying at Tiki Tides again!

This is a newly built property with lot's of room and located in a great little community. There is a large pool just a few steps away to cool off in or enjoy the sunshine in the provided lounge chairs. The restaurants in this area are all superb and too many to explore in the 10 days we were there. Many beautiful beaches just down the road and the nicest people I have ever encountered on vacation!! Great for family fun or a romantic getaway. We are going back :)

This home is absolutely beautiful. The pool area is amazing and during the week we went was quiet! The beaches are so close and we just fell in love with the area. We spent evenings on the porch and days by the beach. Shopping is close by as well. After living in Pensacola for 5 years I thought I'd seen beautiful beaches but Santa Rosa beaches are cleaner and pristine. Just loved morning breakfasts around the table and grilling in the evening. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

I Can’t say enough good things about this home away from home-Tiki Tides Paradise it is !!!! All Of Ms. Rachel’s recommendations were superb ! Eating establishments Golf cart rental (South Walton Golf cart rentals ask for Chase) Beach set up ( Burke’s Beach Service ask for Clayton) Resort style pool - Tiki Tides is right next door to the pool! - location location location! But most of all your home was so warm inviting and beautiful . Your decor just shouted out from the moment you entered the front door - your heart —calm, gentle, humble and kind - it felt like HOME! Tiki Tides will only make you wish your vacation would never end . The beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchen had all you would ever need to make a gourmet meal at home if you so choose ! 30a has so much to offer - quaint restaurants, unique shops, quiet and relaxing atmosphere . I recommend using the Sea grade rd- beach access , eating cinnamon rolls @ LaLoba’s Bakery , making a memory to take home with you @ the Shard Shop @ Grayton Beach . Once you park your car you never have to drive it again if you rent a street legal golf cart . It will take you anywhere you want to go on 30a-Seaside , Watercolor, Grayton Beach , Gulf Place, to the beach ! Be blessed and be a blessing ! ??????

This house was the perfect place for our family vacation! There was plenty of room and beds for all of us. There was also enough seating in the living room and dining room. The beds were very comfortable. The house was directly across from the pool which made it nice to go in the hot tub at night and then straight back to the room. We loved that it was just a five minute golf cart ride to the most beautiful beach area ever! I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing get away. We would definitely book this house again!

Beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Very clean house close to good restaurants, beautiful beaches and directly next to resort style pool and hot tub.

Spent three weeks here and will be back for the whole month of November.

Our stay at Tiki Tides is now one of our most favorite vacations. Three adults and two teenagers were all very comfortable, with room to spare, in the beautifully furnished home. We had all of the housewares we could possibly need. The decor is elegant but relaxed. We loved (and used!) the bicycles provided. Tiki Tides is located directly across from the stunning pool area, complete with large outdoor kitchen, pool, hot tub and the observation tower. We loved riding our bikes up and down 30A, stopping in at beaches, restaurants and shops along the way. All of the charming, seaside towns of 30A are nearby. We can’t wait to return to Tiki Tides!

Tiki Tides is a beautiful home! The home is exactly as described and shown in the listing - again, it's beautiful!! The kitchen is fully stocked and there is also an outdoor grill. The pool is directly across the street and is amazing. Very convenient location to the beach. The access has some parking available; however, we rode bikes (provided) and also rented a golf cart to make quick trips back and forth. The best thing about the beach access we used was the ice cream and donut shop on the corner!! The wide path along 30A was wonderful for the bike rides and very safe for teens and children as they aren't riding on the street. The home's location makes it perfect for quick trips to Gulf Place, Watercolor, and Seaside for a little shopping and dinner. The Local Catch is also right down the street and is a great place to eat! We had a wonderful family vacation here and definitely plan to return in the future! The management company and homeowners are both wonderful to work with...we highly recommend Tiki Tides!!

What a beautiful home this was for us to stay in on our first trip to Destin! It had all the comforts of home and was brand new!!! The Santa Rosa area was a perfect location for us, it was far enough away from the hustle and bustle but still close to local restaurants, shops, and walking distance to the beach. There was a great walking/running/biking trail right across the street from the housing development that allowed us to get some exercise without having to worry about traffic. Being right next to the community pool was super-convenient, and what a beautiful pool too! We can't say enough about this place and are already planning our next trip!
