Two by the Sea at Sea Cliffs, 30A-Beaches-South Walton, Florida Vacation Rental by Owner

We had a wonderful week at this lovely home! It is beautiful, spacious and comfortable. The view of the sea is fabulous downstairs and upstairs. We really enjoyed relaxing and eating on the nice deck while seeing and hearing the waves. Francine has thought of everything to make your stay fun! Two beach chairs with umbrella set up on the beach daily, sand chairs and a grill are just a few of the great items. It rained some while we were there but we could just run up to the condo, wait it out and go right back to the beach. Francine was very informative and a pleasure. We would love to return!

We stayed from May 13-20. The unit was exceptionally clean when we arrived, which is a huge plus for my wife and I. Then when you see the gulf view from the living room, and walk out the back door and down a few steps to the beach, it becomes hard to beat. We also sat on the balcony outside the master bedroom (see photo) and it allowed us to see the whole beach. There are also several good restaurants within easy walking distance (a half mile or less) and the unit includes beach chairs and an umbrella set up for you each day (April - Oct) which was wonderful. The whole area was very quiet and laid back for the perfect beach vibe. Francine was great to work with, even being quick to answer our weird questions, like what kind of coffee filters should we bring! (She has a Keurig too, with a refillable cup if you want to bring your own coffee). Overall, I would highly recommend this unit.

Townhome has everything you want for the best beach vacation! The oceanfront views are amazing. The private beach was a great perk; at times we felt like we had the beach to ourselves while the public beach down the way was filled up. This home was very clean and we felt at home right away. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Perfect location. Walkable to great restaurants and the popular Blue Mountain Bakery is just steps away for a nice morning treat. Francine was easy to work with and takes great pride in keeping her home well maintained. We will definitely be back to vaca here again!

We stayed in 2 By the Sea at Sea Cliffs for 10 nights over the holidays. Francine was great to work with and quickly responds to questions. This beautiful townhome has spectacular views of the turquoise water from the kitchen, living room, master bedroom and master bathroom. There is comfortable furniture to hangout in or eat your meals on the deck/patio off the living room that we spent countless hours on. It's the perfect place to stay for peace and quiet since no one is below or above you like condos. We cooked all of our meals in the well-stocked kitchen and even used the charcoal grill. The townhome is clean throughout as well. Our family of 4 had lots of space to spread out and enjoy living by the ocean. We look forward to coming back!

We have been going to 30A for the last 7 years and have always wanted to stay "beachside." I found this listing, visited with Francine numerous times, and when we arrived, it was beyond what we were expecting. Fabulous views and the furnishings were exactly as described. Patio views are spectacular, and the beach access cannot be beat; the two complimentary beach chairs were icing on the cake. We will definitely be returning back to this awesome condo. First time staying here; i was blown away once we got there, even after looking at the pics. Being beachside in such a nice condo set a high bar if we ever stay anywhere else. We booked 15 days & it wasn’t enough! Peaceful Location with unobstructed Beach views! The sunsets & sunrises were spectacular from the deck & balcony! Nicely & comfortably decorated with everything you need. All you need is your food. Francine has a stocked closet full of beach toys including floaties & a cooler. Comfortable beds. Loved not having neighbors above us & not having to deal with a high rise. It is nice to park right next to the unit for loading & unloading. Only nine units right on the beach. I will sure miss hearing those waves & shell hunting on the beach. Easy central location for getting to several communities. Best of all was working with Francine! You will not meet a nicer homeowner to work with. She patiently answered all of our questions & was very helpful. I would stay here again! FYI- get the Taco salad at Red Fish Taco!

This property was exactly what we were looking for and MORE! Working with Francine was such a breeze and breath of fresh air! She was beyond responsive and detailed (such great food recommendations). We traveled for a quick New Years trip (looking for some relaxation in the sun) and were greeted with this gorgeous townhouse. Not only is the townhouse beautiful, it's clean, spacious, and in a great area! The food options were all delicious and a good number were within walking distance. Listening to the waves crashing each night and waking up and taking walks on the beach in the morning was exactly what we needed and the perfect start to 2022. We had such a great time and will definitely be coming back next year (and have already started telling our friends!) Can't wait to return to this Slice of Heaven!

Very nice condo, in a great location!!! Very convenient!! Everything you could think of or need was is in this condo! Francine was a pleasure to deal with, and VERY helpful!! We have been coming to the Destin/Ft. Walton/30a area for almost 20 years now. And this is by far our favorite condo!

I don’t usually write reviews but I always read them. With that being said I felt like Francine’s condo deserved my time. We throughly enjoyed our stay at Two By the Sea. The view is wonderful, the walk to the uncrowded beach was so convenient, and the condo was very comfortable and clean. We had just what we needed to do a little cooking but enjoyed the area restaurants most of the time. We enjoyed walking to Blue Mabel and Blue Mountain Creamery. The closet outside was so nice to be able to use the beach toys. I even organized it a bit on my first day so we could easily find what we needed. It has everything you need! I really appreciated how comfortable and plentiful the furniture was. Everyone in our family of four had a comfortable place to sit or sleep. Francine was an excellent host to work with. I really can’t think of one complaint! We can’t wait to return!

My husband and our 2 kids were there for a week over Christmas. The place looks exactly like the pictures (which often is not the case with rentals). The view is gorgeous. Kids loved the close access to the beach. The place is clean and beds are very comfortable (another surprise). Kitchen is nicely stocked. The outdoor closet was filled with beach equipment and loved the outdoor shower for rinsing off the sand. We never like to go to the same place twice, but we would definitely consider returning here b/c the place was so comfortable!

We've stayed in this area for many years including this complex, but were thrilled with our stay at this townhouse. It is FULLY stocked with every thing you could imagine, beautiful decor and extremely clean! Francine, the owner, is so helpful, super nice and made it so easy. Wish there were more than 5 stars to give. We will DEFINITELY return!!

Wow! All the previous reviews were spot on! This town house was just as described. We had everything at our fingertips. The kitchen is perfectly stocked. The decor is very appropriate for the beach. The abundance of beach supplies was awesome. I would highly recommend renting from Fran. She was very accommodating. We will certainly be repeat renters of Two by the Sea!

My husband and I and another couple just spent four nights at Two by the Sea. To say it was amazing would be an understatement! The kitchen was updated and fully equipped. Access to the private beach was easy, and the views were stunning! Fran was so accommodating and easy to work with. This property is definitely one that we would return to.

The view is Amazing! Love the tasteful decor. Beds are super comfy. It was great to have a grill out front and your own shower area out back. The area is Awesome. Not commercialized , like Destin, etc... Beach amazing, not crowded, Beautiful. Last but not least, it was a pleasure to do business with Fran, a very honest and trustworthy person. Thank you for accomadating us on a last minute deal. This year has been difficult. What will be the highlight for my family is the amazing time we had at, Two by the Sea.

With all that going on right now this was a perfect place to get away from it all. Francine made sure there was plenty of hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, detergent for dishes and clothes....I mean really this list could go on. You do not have to fight anyone in the house for bath towels as there were MORE then enough. I have to say....the BEST for our family of 5....the outdoor closet that was STOCKED with premium beach supplies. Beach chairs, beach umbrella, boogie boards, sand toys/pails, nets to catch whatever you wish and even a blow up boat?? This location is on a private stretch of the beach which meant that there was plenty of room for us to spread out. No fighting at all for space which meant we could even walk down at noon and set up our "spot" and not be near anyone. Two by the Sea looks exactly like the pictures.... gorgeous! Also Francine responded to my emails promptly and didn't have us pay the full amount till a few weeks before our reservation. We put our deposit down in January and needed to have our first half in by the end of April. At that time Florida vacation rentals were not permitted to operate and it was unknown when that would be lifted. Francine told me to not worry at all, that my deposit was all she needed till a few weeks before our scheduled arrival. That is AMAZING customer service and one of the many reasons why I love doing rentals by owners. While many were scrambling for responses through VRBO and rental companies that had closed their offices, I was able to deal directly with the owner and knew the answers to all my questions within a 24 hour period. Thank you Francine! We can't wait to book again??

Terrific two story condo with nicely updated kitchen and bathrooms. Very comfortable and well furnished. The best part is the little balcony with beach views off the master bedroom. Terrific location close to everything. Will definitely try and return.

We really enjoyed our stay at Two by the Sea. Access to the beach was actually one of the easiest I've ever had. From the moment you walk in the door this unit is very inviting and the views are very nice as well. There are plenty of places to eat within walking distance that are very reasonably priced. Weather was good with the exception of the last day due to high surf because of Tropical Storm Barry. All in all I highly recommend this unit for any Family. We will definitely be back.

I want to start by saying if you can rent from Francine Proffer I would. We have rented many places to stay in the past and she was by far the best to work with. My husband and I stayed at Two By the Sea for four nights. Seriously I did not want to leave. We loved everything about it. The townhome was immaculate and finished in a way that I would decorate my own home. The finishes and decor were perfect for a beach home. They had everything we needed for our stay and more! The two upstairs bedrooms were very large and even had two queen beds in the 2nd bedroom with plenty of room left. Everything was clean, clean, clean!! Now let's talk about the view! WOW! You could sit on the back patio and enjoy the view or even the view from inside was amazing. I felt like I was in paradise here! If I could give this place 10 stars I would!! Thanks so much for allowing us to rent your home Francine!

The other reviews I read got it right - this was a perfect place to stay. In summary, the condo has everything you could need for a week at the beach, the location is quiet, and you are on the beach within a minute of walking out the door, the beach beautiful and not at all crowded, and you are easily within reach of everything other activity you could want from Destin to Panama City. More specifically, the condo was spacious enough to be comfortable for our family of 5. It is comfortably furnished and well appointed. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were not cramped, the kitchen had nice appliances and all the cooking implements you could possibly need (before you go to the store I suggest looking in the kitchen first because whatever you need is probably already there. I didn't so I added to the already impressive collection of items). The back deck has a comfortable table and chairs and a shower and garden hose for rinsing off - we did not miss not having a pool. The back deck also has a private feel and an expansive view. There are also a lot of things for the beach in the outside cupboard so check before you run off to buy something at the store. All in all there was nothing that we wanted that we didn't have. The location was perfect. Very easy to get to. Not crowded. Quiet all day and night. Nice carport. You walk out the back door and you are in the water in a minute. It's also dark enough at night to actually see stars. The beach is not at all crowded and with the included beach chairs you are set up before you even get out of bed. The water was beautiful with clear, emerald, shallow water out to a few hundred yards. Our kids swam, snorkled, or used the paddle board all day long. We found more sand dollars than we could know what to do with. There is plenty of aquatic wildlife to see. In the morning it is glassy smooth and didn't get too choppy in the afternoon when the wind came up. You will see dolphins at all times of day, sometimes close to shore. Seemed to be less of a current than I remember from the beach at Miramar. We went to Destin for some activities a couple of times and even with the roadwork it was less than 1/2 hr drive. I liked having the grocery store so close, and yes the liquor store is right next to the grocery store. The restaurants in the immediate area were good and laid back so we were never stuck for dining options. You could walk or drive for food, we didn't go further than a 10 minute drive for a restaurant and that was on night 1 before we figured out where things were. We went to Grayson Beach to snorkel out to the Turtle Reef which was very enjoyable with lots of fish, turtles, and a couple of small sharks (bring a "diver down" flag - State Law). There is a bike rental almost at the end of the driveway and with all the new bike trails you could ride just about anywhere you want to go. So yeah, the location is really nice. The owner was very nice to work with (if you can call it work). Pleasantly responsive by phone or email. We will stay here again when we come back to the area.

We just recently had a four day break in paradise ! Our stay could not have been any more perfect! The weather ended up being amazing! Even though the forecast was looking scary there before we arrived ! The house was PERFECT! Everything you could have wanted or needed and more ! Spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated , amazing views! Can we talk about that view for a second !! Wow !!! I for sure will miss that ! Waking up to the sound and seeing the ocean view was just what I needed ! My morning coffee will not be the same without it ! Steps to the most beautiful beach was a real bonus too! Just amazing! My family and I vacationed here in July. This place is perfect, tastefully decorated, very modern and CLEAN! You can't beat the location, it's literally steps from the ocean. Great restaurants are close by too. Mrs. Proffer was very kind and easy to work with. We will definitely be back.

Our family stayed here for 1 week and it was wonderful (wish we could have stayed longer)! Our view was amazing, I have never seen the water so clear! It was such an easy walk to the beach and we had plenty of room on the beach (you did't feel like you were sharing the beach with a bunch of other people). The condo was laid out perfectly for cooking and close enough for restaurants when we wanted to go out. We will be back!

What a great, relaxing stay we had with our friends. To wake up in the morning with the clear blue ocean just steps away is unbeatable. The Condo is so clean and updated that anything we needed was there! It's apparent that a lot of thought went into the Condo's amenities and details. Beds are super comfortable as well! We are definitely looking forward to the next time we can go there! Thanks for such a nice place to stay!
