My family and I have been vacationing at Bella Vita B207 at least twice a year since 2020. It is such a special place to our family. Francine is absolutely wonderful! She is so sweet and wants everything to be perfect for our visit. Her condo is simply beautiful. The interior of the condo is beautifully decorated. The kitchen is a cook's delight, equipped with high-end appliances, ample counter space, and all the utensils and cookware you could possibly need. The bedrooms are cozy, with comfortable beds and luxurious linens. One of the highlights of B207 is the balcony. Every morning, our family of 6 sit on the balcony with our coffee, enjoying the gorgeous view of the ocean and pristine grounds of Bella Vita. This condo is just steps from the beach, and many eating establishments are within walking distance, as well. The Bakery, the Creamery, and Red Fish are some of our favorites. I just can't say enough wonderful things about Francine and B207. Many of our family discussions when we are at home revolve around our past or upcoming Bella Vita stays. We absolutely love it, we can't wait to return, and we highly recommend B207!

After vacationing in the 30A area twice yearly for the past 13 years, we must say that our week at the beautiful Bella Vita was our best vacation ever. I can’t describe how lovely, elegant, and pristine Miss Francine’s home is. And I say “home” because we didn’t feel as if we were in a rental property, but felt that we were welcomed guests in her luxurious home. The furnishings are just lovely and cultured and classic, with a drop-dead kitchen and high-end linens. The view you see from the balcony in the pictures? Not photo-shopped! That’s where you’ll be! We spent hours out there with coffee in the morning, and wine in the evening. The entire property is extremely well cared for. The gym is clean and bright and very well equipped. And Francine herself is the best hostess imaginable. She really wants her guests to feel at home. Both Francine and B207 Bella Vita are the shining stars of 30A. We will be returning as soon as our schedules allow!

I had a very relaxing wonderful stay at Bella Vita with my friends. I really needed a rest so I was very grateful for such a nice place to stay. This condo is beautifully decorated and such a comfortable spacious place to spend a vacation. I especially loved the view of the ocean and beach from the balcony. I enjoyed eating my breakfast out there every morning at the table provided. The kitchen is very spacious and the double oven is very convenient. Was so nice that each bedroom has its own full bathroom. We had so much fun sitting on the beautiful white sand beach and so happy there were two umbrella chairs provided. The building, grounds and beach are all maintained very well. Also, Blue Mountain beach is in a great location near many attractions. I loved my stay so much. I am going back with my family in the Spring. You would have a great stay here!

Tops for a beach vacation! Book 207 now! Bella Vita is a luxury, spacious condo on a pristine, white sand beach. We stayed here in September and were totally blown away by the experience. This is a first rate rental experience. Francine is an active, detail oriented owner, so there are no “condo surprises” when you rent. Don’t miss this three bedroom, 3 1/2 baths, huge kitchen with all appliances, and long veranda condo looking out on the Gulf. Nothing disappoints. Thank you, Fran!

My family has been vacationing at Bella Vita every summer since 2009. We have stayed in B207 since 2013. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Bella Vita and this beautiful condo. This place has been a part of my children’s lives for many years and we have made so many unforgettable memories here. This year was even more special since my first grandchild, who was born in May, was able to make the trip. From the second you enter the front gates, you feel like you’re in another world. The soothing sound of the lapping waves and the feel of the refreshing gulf breeze are food for the soul. The condo is furnished beautifully and contains every thinkable amenity. We rarely find a reason to leave once we arrive, except for the occasional grocery run or ice cream. The kitchen is large with high-end appliances and allows for cooking while enjoying family. The bedrooms are spacious and quiet for those who might want to “sleep in” some mornings. The vast balcony has the perfect view of both the beautiful Bella Vita grounds and the emerald green Gulf of Mexico. The grill area has a breathtaking view looking over the gulf and is the perfect place to gather for evening cooking, conversation and cocktails after a sun-filled day at the beach. We have met so many wonderful people and made several sweet friends over the years. While our preference is usually to spend the majority of our time at Bella Vita, there are countless activities, places to dine, and interesting things to see within walking or biking distance. The owner, Mrs. Francine, is the sweetest most gracious person and has always made sure our stays are wonderful. I hope to continue to spend our summer vacations here for years to come. We have been coming to this unit every year for over a decade. Everything is pristine from the unit to the pools & workout room. We could sit out on the deck and look at the views for days. We love being able to walk across the street for dinner or going for a little ride for more options. We also enjoy exploring the shops & restaurants in the near by hamlets. iIt has everything you could need and when we walk in it feels like our beach home away from home. We plan on coming back for years to come.

We stayed here 2 different times, most recently last summer. If you are seeking a high quality accommodation that has an excellent location you won't be disappointed. Amenities are in great condition: decks, pools, underground garage access, elevators, kitchen appliances and accessories, TV's, etc. etc.

My family of 5 had the absolute best time! Fran was a delight to "work" with, everything in the condo was absolute perfection. As reviews say, pictures cannot do this place justice! We went out for every meal, which we swore we wouldn't but there were so many delicious restaurants all within walking distance. The weather was perfect, as perfect as March/April could be, chilly with the wind but so sunny and thank goodness for the heated pool! I have never wrote a review, good or bad, and because of my own selfish reasons hate to even say too much about the perfection of Bella Vita and the unit itself ;) but I adore Fran and truly want to thank her for opening her beautiful condo up to my family and cannot wait to make lasting memories for years to come. Thank you!

Thank-you Francine for helping me accomplish a dream vacation for my precious nephews. As I mentioned, the oldest just graduated from college, and the youngest from high school (next college). For their accomplishments, I wanted to give them a gift to remember for a lifetime. Being that they have only been to Texas beaches ??, I wanted them to see that clear blue water really does exist ??. Their expressions, first of all with your condo were priceless....I didn’t think we were going to get them outside! They immediately FaceTimed their girlfriends and friends to show them where they would be spending their week.....really ??. The on-line condominium pictures do not give it proper justice! It is so huge, even for a family of six, and elegantly beautiful. Can you believe they even took hot baths in our hot-tub ???They were living the life. Then came time to visit the most beautiful waters in the USA. They could not believe ocean water could be so clear and beautiful. It was wonderful to see them playing around like young boys again. Even more special was to see their dad in the ocean wrestling with them, as he has a fear of deep and dark waters. I know my sister was in awe of the whole trip and could not of have been more pleased. She mentioned what is she to do now about taking them to the beach, after this trip. My families reactions, and happiness meant the world to me, and I could not be more greatful to you for it. ??

We have stayed in this beautiful condo many times for extended periods and absolutely love it! The condo is very spacious and has all the amenities anyone could ask for. The kitchen has high end appliances and is very well equiped.There are two beautiful pools and well manicured grounds with Palm trees and flowers. It's a very quiet part of the area and yet there are many great places to eat and lots to do nearby. The owner Fran is great to deal with and we look forward to coming back every year.

This beautiful condo is truly a home away from home with every amenity provided. A spacious and tastefully decorated place with a spectacular balcony to view the pools and ocean. I have been fortunate to be able to come once a year, the last time being Fall 2017. Even though the décor has changed over the years and kept updated; the owner continues to ensure a quality stay as she has just completed a guest bathroom renovation. It's such a great place to relax inside or out; whether enjoying the view from the balcony, sitting poolside or better yet; under the beach umbrella watching the waves roll in. You couldn't ask for a more scenic and enjoyable place to vacation.

If you are looking for the perfect beach accommodation, this villa fits the bill! When first entering the condo, you immediately notice its fresh, spacious, and upscale design. The decor is not only beautiful, but also comfortable, so that your time in the condo is absolutely first rate. The large living room invites you to relax after a day on the beach. The three bedrooms, each with a full bathroom, are furnished with flair and enhance the beach experience. If you choose to dine in, the owner has provided equipment to make a special dinner. The long and wide balcony is a favorite place of mine to watch the azure-colored ocean or the two pools on the grounds. Come sit in paradise as I have and experience this yourself. Memories are made here!
