No complaints at all. Communication with Andree was great and she always answered calls or texts immediately. The property was gorgeous and was steps to the beach. The app she gave with everything we would need to know about the condo and surrounding area was extremely helpful. We will for sure be back!

The condo and area were wonderful. Very peaceful. Andree was so nice to work with and so attentive to our questions and needs. We will definitely come back.

My husband, granddaughter & I had the pleasure of staying at the McDonald's beach home for a week earlier in August! We were at the Blue Mountain Condo, unit 323. There are so many great things to say about this condo and property. We love the short walk to the private beach, where our chairs and umbrella were set up for us everyday! The condo itself is 1st class all the way! The furnishings, the decor, the linens, cookware.......the list goes on & on! We loved having our own ice maker, we could fill our ice chest (I should say the one provided) spend the day at the beach and not worry about if we would have enough ice for our many trips back & forth for frozen drinks! There is a chest on the balcony with various beach toys as well as extra beach chairs. On the day of our arrival Andree called us personally, to make sure we had everything we needed and to give us a phone number to call in case we needed to get in touch with her. Now this is during the weekend!! Our granddaughter was thrilled to have a larger bed instead of bunks, but was very impressed to have make up remover packets by her sink😂 Again, I can't say enough great things about this experience! Thank you so much again Andree, we can't wait to book our 2020 visit to your beautiful retreat!!

Wonderful, clean, well-kept condo in a perfect location with spacious and comfortable furniture. Everything we needed was provided. Communication before and during our trip was excellent. Andree' checked in on us to be sure we were pleased. We will absolutely return!

Excellent condo with neutral and pretty decor. Very nice and comfortable furnishings. Well stocked kitchen and nice amenities in the bathrooms. Super comfortable mattresses - the best we have had in many many years! This condo is in a beautiful area of Blue Mountain Beach - very quiet with a gorgeous beach. The owner is so great to work with! Very happy with our stay here.

We had the best beach vacation at this beautiful condominium! The kitchen was well stocked and the separate ice maker was a plus! The bedrooms were large and the mattresses were so comfortable! We enjoyed the large Tv in the great room and the beautiful balcony. The owners were great to work with and called to check on us at arrival and departure. We will definitely be back!

This beautiful renovated condo was perfect for our family. There were so many amenities and the kitchen was stocked nicely. The water was absolutely beautiful. So many shades of blue and green. Very convenient and pool and hot tub

were wonderful. Lovely area beach not to crowded which we love. We will definitely be back. We brought our bikes and road to the next little town. Lots of fun and a very nice bike path. Thanks again!!

The owner was very thorough and left nothing to question. She got back with me promptly with emails and phone calls.

I stayed with my family in this condo in July 2018. We had family in two other condos in this building. This condo was the best by far. It has been totally updated and was very clean. The location of the neighborhood itself can’t be beat as the beach isn’t crowded and there are numerous good restaurants near by. The ocean is a little obscured on the balcony but is certainly visible. We couldn’t really hear the waves crashing from the balcony, but that didn’t matter much to me (mattered a little with my MIL). Andree’ couldn’t have been more hospitable, and is the most responsive condo owner I’ve worked with. Great condo! Hope to return!!

We absolutely loved our stay at Blue Lupine! This is an amazing condo, just as the pictures show. Blue Mountain is a quieter location on 30-A compared to past stays in the Seagrove area. We had 8 stay in the condo and we fit comfortably! Condo was clean, comfortable and extremely well maintained. These are fabulous owners - excellent communication and there to help every step of the way. We plan to come back to this condo for future vacations!!!

We just got home 2 days ago from a great week on 30A and I'm already ready to go back! This was our 2nd time to stay at the Blue Mountain Inn building and our first time to stay here at unit 323. LOVED our time we spent at Andree's condo in Blue Mountain beach. Condo was exactly as described in listing. That's always a plus so you know what you're getting, but what I didn't know is that I would be getting a top notch owner to work with! I've been renting through VRBO for almost 10 years now (at least twice a year too) and I wish all owners were as thorough and attentive to every detail as she has been throughout this entire process.

We're a busy family with kids and jobs and it was the little things she did to go above and beyond what owners typically do that made this rental experience the best we've ever had with VRBO. From rental payment reminders she sends you throughout the entire process to her very detailed welcome booklets she sends you right before your arrival, she makes sure you're ready to have the most enjoyable vacation possible when your time comes by not overlooking any details. (Why can't every VRBO owner send out reminder emails?? It's so easy to overlook and forget your payment due for a vacation that is a few months away when your kids have school projects due, sports practices, and parents have work deadlines, etc..)

My parents met us for vacation and we celebrated my moms birthday last week. I brought with me a few minor birthday decorations and ordered a cake from a local bakery in Santa Rosa and it felt just like a party at home.

She checked on us (while she herself was even away on vacation too) the day we arrived and made sure we made it to the condo just fine.

On departure day and In the haste of trying to get to the airport on time I left my daughters rather pricey curling iron in the master bathroom cabinet and I emailed her the next day and within hours she had already confirmed it was there with the new beach guests and had arranged for it to be shipped UPS to us back home.

I will definitely recommend her place all my friends who go to 30A for vacations.

Beautifully decorated unit and my mom had everything she needed to cook 3 bigs meals for us everyday!

Condo was very spacious with everything you could need provided.

This was our first and definitely not last visit to Blue Mountain Beach. We booked this condo several months before our stay. Andree' was a complete joy to deal with. She put up with my endless texts and responded quickly to every single one. The condo was fantastic. It was decorated beautifully. The bedrooms were large and the beds were so comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and we loved the ice maker. We enjoyed the beach chair service and used the extra chairs that came with the rental. The security of the complex was a definite plus. It was so nice that the pool and beach were right outside the complex. We enjoyed our vacation so much that we have already booked our stay for next year. I highly recommend this unit It was an A+++ from the moment we booked our stay to the moment that we left for home.

My family and I have been vacationing in the area for over 30 years, and this was one of the nicest homes we have ever rented! First, working with Andreé was a joy; everything from the booking to our arrival was organized, precise, and designed to make our stay pleasurable. The decor was perfect!! Not everyone cares what the furnishings look like, after all, the draw is the spectacular beach, but I can't completely relax if my surroundings are not serene and pleasing to my eye. This home was simply delightful - neutral enough not to detract from the view but still full of delight. Just the right amount of "beachiness" if you know what I mean. Now, let's talk comfort. The beds were so incredibly comfortable, I actually had to ask who made the mattress. I sleep on a tempurpedic and my bed is not as comfortable as the one I slept in last week. The pillows and bed linens were just as nice. The living room furniture was equally pleasing. The slipcovered sofas were perfect, and I'm picky! We stayed in a very nice place in Cozumel last year that had a spectacular view but the living room furniture was so uncomfortable, we rarely sat down. It makes a difference! All of the appliances, fixtures, etc.. are "smart" and look brand new. The cleanliness was beyond compare. We enjoyed the balcony every day and did bring the cushions inside at night so we wouldn't find dew-covered seats in the morning. This was a helpful tip and we enjoyed having cushioned seats as opposed to just wood or metal. This is my fourth time staying in the Blue Lupine building and we love it. We have stayed previously at family members' beach homes and other buildings close by and Blue Lupine is my favorite. It's quiet and hidden from view of 30A. There are so many good places to dine and shop nearby, without the crowds. One final word about our host - she made our vacation exceptional with all the little extras and the quick response to any questions (like, "who makes this wonderful sofa?!") and tips for restaurants. I have rented other places where it was hard to reach someone if you had a question ("Why is the dryer making so much noise?") or had to wait forever to get my security deposit back. This experience could not have been better. We will be back as soon as possible!

From the moment we decided to get away after the hustle and bustle of Christmas, I had a feeling this would be a great get-away for our growing family. Even though it was sort of last minute, Andree accommodated our every need from start to finish. We traveled with 6 adults and one baby, which is a crowd, but there is ample space for all. From the directions there to the best places to eat, she had it all covered. The condo is equipped with up-to-date appliances, cozy bedding, and anything else you would need for a beach vacation - even in late December. Traveling with our 7 month old grandson was made easy, especially having the indoor space to set up all we needed for him (highchair and crib supplied)! The condo is so comfortable to just hang out, or when reading or wanting quiet time, we found ourselves on the patios, in the lobby, or the beach. The complex is also very secure, using keypads to enter, so no worries about losing keys (awesome at the beach!) We enjoyed this condo, the complex, and the area so much that we would highly recommend it to anyone searching in this area of Santa Rosa Beach. Andree also makes herself accessible to you at a moments notice. This gives you time to relax on your get-away without worry. We had such a great time! Thank you - we will be back!
