The condo is spacious and steps from the beach. Andree is the most responsive host you'll ever have. The kitchen and bar have everything you need and it was very nice to have basic supplies for cooking as well with a great spice selection. The building is quite but right in the middle of everything. Definitely would rent again

This is one of the most well kept properties I've ever stayed in for vacation. The private beach is so nice, and we really enjoyed not having to lug beach chairs and umbrellas back and forth. We'll definitely be back!

We have been going to the beautiful white sand beaches on Blue Mountain for many years and this is the second year to stay with Andree and SHVR at Blue Mountain Inn. Stayed in #322 this yr and was very well appointed and very comfortable. The condo owners have done an amazing job on decor and comfy accomodations, including the beds - kitchen is well stocked - our family and grandkids had plenty of room - having the pack-n-play and high chair was wonderful. No other property manager/condo owners ensures all the comforts like Andree at Southern Hospitality Vacation Rental. IBM has wonderful amenities, is secluded and safe. We are back home now, but already planning our return.

This condo is so beautiful — the pictures do not even do it justice! Every room is decorated so beautifully! My girlfriends and I loved the balcony and enjoyed drinking coffee as the sun came up! The owner was also so helpful and made everything so easy! You can’t beat this place — we will for sure be back!

I found the property after my dad and his wife decided to join us on the trip and we needed an extra bedroom. Shortly after we booked Andree reached out and was gracious and helpful. The information they provided in advance was very thorough and helpful. When we arrived the condo was even better than advertised, lovely and spacious. Lots of useful kitchenware in the kitchen. We had a minor issue with the freezer (not a big deal) and Andree was very responsive. The location is great - tucked away fr the hustle and bustle, but not too far away. I've been coming to 30A for many years and have stayed many nice places, and this place didn't disappoint. We would definitely recommend it and also stay here again!

Well, now that you have discovered this secluded piece of paradise, I do hope you will keep us in mind for future beach vacations.
