Perfectly positioned beside the best places to eat and shop, The Crest - One is prime location on County Highway 30A! The amenities included with this property make for the most hassle free vacation you could dream of including bikes, a 6-passenger golf cart and elevator all the way up to the top level/rooftop. Upon entry into the east gate next to Blue Mabel, guests are instantly in the cozy but luxurious comforts of vacation homes in the private complex of The Crest. Unit One is a corner unit for maximum privacy with a garage and space for 3 more vehicles just behind. 

The beach access is conveniently located across the four way stop and is super private and secluded to Blue Mountain Beach guests, use the golf cart to head over for the day and make the hauling of beach gear a breeze. Grab an ice cream cone or popsicle at Blue Mountain Beach Creamery while you're out! Searching for brunch? No problem! Head next door to Blue Mabel for a breakfast, lunch or dinner that'll satisfy any foodie's palate! 

Step through the first floor entry through the garage and instantly let the troubles soak away. On the first floor is a bunk room with full over full custom built bunks (sleeps 4), a full hallway bathroom with stand up shower and large vanity. Past the bed and bathroom, guests will enjoy a gaming/entertainment area with a wet bar, foosball table, living room and large backyard space. The wet bar area includes a mini fridge and microwave and is fully stocked with cocktail glasses. For a cozy nights sleep, the white cabinet in the living room pulls down into a Murphy bed that sleeps 2 guests. Outside on the terrace, enjoy a game of ping pong or have your morning coffee for max relaxation. 

Up the stairs to the second floor, the high level of luxury continues with 3 bedrooms all with private en suite bathrooms, all complete with hair dryers and top of the line bath amenities. Located to the right of the stairs, an office space with a desk/workspace and closet as well as a large walk in closet with stackable washer and dryer. At the front of the property is the ultra luxe Master King Suite with a private balcony and large private bathroom. Unwind after a beach day in a spa like quality bathroom with soaker tub, glass shower, water closet and a very spacious walk in closet. The vanities are those of a dream with white quartz countertops, towel storage and spacious sinks/powder areas. The two queen bedrooms to the left of the stairs are equally as spacious and both feature private bathrooms with stand up showers and a soaker tub. The décor throughout all 4 floors of The Crest is all the things a 30A vacation is made of! 

Take the next flight of stairs to the third floor where your eyes definitely aren't deceiving you, but the main living level is straight out of nirvana. Enjoy a large open concept living, dining and kitchen area with a wet bar, flat screen TV, electric fireplace and amazing views. The fully stocked kitchen has no shortage of tools to prepare a chef's gourmet meal. There's no shortage of food storage space in the top of the line Thermidor refrigerator/freezer, as well as plenty of space for dishes in the large basin sink with built in drying rack. There's also a Thermidor double oven and large overhead hood for the stove/oven. The detached pantry in the hallway is a perfect storage space for large pots & pans, both a standard and Keurig coffee maker and Calphalon panini grill press! Belly up to the large breakfast bar/island in one of 4 gorgeous gold and gray barstools or sit down to dinner in the glassed in dining room with space for 6 guests. We couldn't think of a more perfect place to enjoy your meals together.

On the third floor, sleeping arrangements include a queen suite with private bathroom with under counter lighting for a perfect makeup setting glow. The bathroom features a large soaker tub, stand up shower and large walk in closet.  The third floor also features a half bath in the hallway to be shared with the main living area while enjoying large family dinners. 

Last but not least, the most tranquil of spaces along 30A include the rooftop deck/fourth floor of The Crest - One. Step out onto the terrace for 360 degree views of Blue Mountain Beach and the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico! The rooftop deck is perfect for a sunrise or sunset and includes a propane powered fire table, a dining table for 6 in sturdy Polywood seating, a cozy seating area for 6, a built in grill and a built in bar overlooking 30A! Inside the fourth floor, guests have another wet bar with a built in/pull out fridge, sink and cocktail glasses as well as a half bath conveniently located just inside the door. You're also primed for all the green scenery out the back deck to the left of the stairs.

For a fun pool day, soak up the South Beach style shared pool and jacuzzi at The Crest complete with cabanas, private bathroom, and plenty of lounge seating for the whole family to enjoy!
