This shabby chic cottage has all the finest upgrades for your stay. The owner is a realtor with a passion for design. Nothing has been left out of the design and comfort for guests. The ground floor makes for easy access right out to the beach or parking. The best mattresses and bedding await you for a restful night's sleep. The complex is a hidden gem on 30A. Nothing, but peace and convenience await you. Read a book in the comfy wing back chair or bask in the sunshine with a coffee or wine on the private patio.
This condo is non smoking and no pet policy. Age restriction is 25 and over and to present ID at time of booking for all guests. Only booked guests onsite during your stay. There is an exterior camera onsite for verification of guests purposes only.
