My wife and I have traveled a lot throughout our lives, and I have to say that this was one of the most amazing vacations that we have ever taken. Got to share such an incredibly relaxing and beautiful experience with our children and our grandchildren in Seacrest Beach. Steps from the pool, a short walk to the beach and a beautiful home to stay in….what more could we ask for. The people at 30A Escapes were so helpful from the moment we booked this vacation several months ago and continued to be through the time that we left. Definitely going to be back!

The Emerald Coast of Florida is one of the top destinations in the country, and 'Paws Inn the Sand' convenient, and wonderful location on 30A is proof of why this destination is so desired! Located off the iconic Scenic Highway 30A, nestled between Grayton and Dune Allen Beaches; 'Paws Inn the Sand', a Blue Mountain Beach vacation rental, is a hidden gem offering a carefree laid-back vibe. Close enough to hop on the beach cruisers and ride to 30A's most pristine shops and restaurants, but secluded enough to really get away from it all. This four-bedroom, three and a half bathroom can accommodate up to 14 guests with room to roam.
PET FRIENDLY
Non shedding, housebroken dogs only (Must be approved by property management)
Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds
Must be kept in a crate when guests are not with their dog
30 Pound Limit: One dog weighing 30 lbs OR two dogs weighing a total of 30 lbs
With non-refundable pet fee $250 pet fee + tax

1) Travel insurance is NOT included in our quotes. It can be purchased upon booking, added to your reservation by the final payment date, or obtained independently.
2) We DO NOT accept wire transfers for payment. (AMEX, Visa and MasterCard ONLY)
3) CONSTRUCTION IS IN PLACE ALL OVER 30A. 30A Escapes cannot be held responsible for construction near the rental property.
4) This property has 4 bikes for guest use. To utilize the bikes - a waiver must be signed before the code is provided to the guest. Additional bikes can be rented through 30A Escapes.
5) Golf Cart Rentals are NOT permitted in Rosemary, Seacrest or Alys Beach.
6) This is Pet Friendly with a Pet Fee - $250 + tax per pet (MAX 2 pets)
7) Driveway can only accommodate 4 Vehicles MAX (2 in Driveway and 2 in Garage) - Very Strict HOA - Any Extra Vehicles May Be Towed
8) Currently there is active construction going on 2 houses down. End date is unknown as of right now.
