My wife and I have traveled a lot throughout our lives, and I have to say that this was one of the most amazing vacations that we have ever taken. Got to share such an incredibly relaxing and beautiful experience with our children and our grandchildren in Seacrest Beach. Steps from the pool, a short walk to the beach and a beautiful home to stay in….what more could we ask for. The people at 30A Escapes were so helpful from the moment we booked this vacation several months ago and continued to be through the time that we left. Definitely going to be back!

Situated along coveted Scenic Highway 30A and next to Topsail Hill Preserve State Park, the gated community of 'Cypress Dunes' remains one of the few gems of true coastal luxury, accented by the allure of a nature filled setting. I Like Dreamin' is the perfect beach house for a fun family trip!
Enter this beautiful and inviting home to find a open concept living, kitchen and dining space on the first floor. The kitchen has quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances and an spacious island that has three bar stools. The tall vaulted ceilings bring in the Florida sun light into the cozy living room, complete with a gas fireplace. The dining table seats eight and is open to the kitchen and living areas. The back porch is open and airy, enjoy the beach breeze while watching the kids play in the spacious lawn common area. Additionally on the first floor you will find a laundry room and half bath.
The beautiful first floor master bedroom has king size bed, tall ceilings, a private en suite, and walk in closet. The master en suite has two sinks, a separate soaking tub, and a glass enclosed shower. There is also access from the master suite to the screened in porch.
Head on up the stairs where you will find the other three guest bedrooms and two bathrooms. One guest bedroom has a king size bed and en suite with a single sink and shower tub combo. The other two guest bedrooms share a hall bathroom that has a single sink and glass enclosed shower. The second guest bedroom on this level has a queen size bed and the third has a twin over twin custom built bunk.
Enjoy all the amenities this home has to offer, the community center offers an infinity edged swimming pool, jetted spa, outdoor fireplace, clubhouse, fitness center, and a second level sunset deck where incredible views of the Coastal Dunes Lake and the Gulf of Mexico are always found. 3) CONSTRUCTION IS IN PLACE ALL OVER 30A. 30A Escapes cannot be held responsible for construction near the rental property.
4) This property has 4 bikes for guest use. To utilize the bikes - a waiver must be signed before the code is provided to the guest. Additional bikes can be rented through 30A Escapes.
5) Golf Cart Rentals are NOT permitted in Rosemary, Seacrest or Alys Beach.
6) Cypress Dunes Community HOA Rule - Minimum Night Stay is 6 nights.
