One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

The place was in close proximity to the beach and popular restaurants/activities. His place was clean and had amenities above and beyond your basic needs

We were able to get to any store or other beach town we wanted within 15 minutes. We loved the beach/lake option, and the higher level rooms were great for looking out over both. Would recommend!

The home was spacious enough to relax and the incredible beach and lake views were the perfect touch. The location is superb! You can literally walk anywhere from the home. We had a mix of toddlers, teens and mature adults and there was fun for all!!

The location of the house is super convenient. The lake in the back was very nice to have and was simply right across the street from the beach. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!

I booked the Heron for my sisters bachelorette trip. It was absolutely perfect! Beautiful home, perfect location, and awesome hosts. If you’re thinking of booking this home, do it! The views are wonderful from the house and it’s so close to everything you need with a short walk to the beach. The host was great and went above and beyond.

This house was the best of both worlds- the beach and the lake! The beach was just steps away and we really enjoyed sipping coffee watching the sunrise sitting right by the lake. The house was equipped with everything we needed! We loved the heron and would definitely stay there again in the future! Brian was a great host! We communicated throughout the week and he always responded to anything immediately. Truly the best week and the best place to be for Mother’s Day!

Communication with owner was exceptional. Brain provided several suggestions form different beach accesses, golf cart rentals and restaurants that was extremely helpful as it was our first time staying in Santa Rosa. TaCo30A was vey delicious! The home was very clean and in great condition. If we weren’t at the beach we were fishing in oyster lake right beside the home or cruising 30A. The home had plenty of space with 4bedrooms and 3bathroom. All beach necessities such as umbrellas, beach chairs, wagon, kids toys etc. were offered.
