Please respect the neighbors. No noise, loud music after 10 pm. All dirty dishes need to be placed in a dishwasher and the cycle started.
Beach towels are provided as a courtesy. if used, they need to be washed (please do not mix with white towels or sheets). Fee of $ 40 will apply.
Kitchen garbage needs to be hauled outside and large bins at the curb on the day of check out.

We were blown away by how well kept and beautiful this property was. Not only was it stunning but was easily beach accessible. The property manager went above and beyond for us. Newly constructed, luxurious, single level custom home
Few smaller access areas close by.
Pond in the backyard and a state park behind the pond. This is an elegant, contemporary house featuring European porcelain tile, European contemporary kitchen cabinets and Italian furniture. If you like living surrounded by nature, and enjoying the privacy and proximity to the public beach, this house has it all.
Triple bunk beds, however, on the upper level might not be suitable for kids 12 and younger. Parents' discretion is advised. House could sleep up to 9 people (2 king beds, 1 queen and a triple bunk bed).
There are 3 smart TVs in the house with many apps. No cable tv is available. Parking only in front of the house. There is enough parking for 3 cars. The garage is not available for parking. However, access is granted to beach chairs, 2 bikes, a beach cart, and some toys stored in the garage. Topsail State Park nearby has a nice, less crowded beach, hiking trails, and biking. There is a coffee shop there with evening live music.
