Visitors looking for modern luxury right in the heart of 30A, Le Bon Vivant (formerly Lassiez Faire), in the exclusive and intimate Vizcaya neighborhood, provides heart-stopping views, private beachfront, proximity to the large heated community pool, and plenty of space throughout the well-appointed home. Visitors are welcomed into a lovely courtyard, offering views of the beach, as well as plenty of room for grilling and relaxing. This light and airy home with two balconies overlooking the beach takes full advantage of beach frontage, designed so that most rooms have spectacular views. 


The first floor is home to a large laundry room and three large bedrooms. The queen suite is spacious and is equipped with a flat-screen television. The private bathroom has a tub/shower combination, one of two bath tubs in the home. An additional king bedroom shares a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with “kids room” furnished with one twin-over-twin bunk and single twin bed.

 

The main living area of the home is found on the second floor. The open, newly upgraded living room boasts a large 75-inch flat screen television and seating for ten on all leather furnishings. A formal dining area seats eight, and there is additional seating at the granite top breakfast bar. The kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line, stainless steel appliances including a gas stove, a built-in wine rack, Scotsman ice maker, and Scotsman wine cooler. The large island offers additional cooking space. The second-floor bedroom sleeps four with a twin-over-full bunk and twin single. The adjacent bathroom is equipped with a stand-alone shower with seamless glass doors.



The third-floor king master suite offers guests a private balcony overlooking the beach. The large spa inspired bathroom has an enormous garden Jacuzzi tub, a standalone stone shower with seamless glass doors, temperature controlled heated floor and a private water closet. This master suite provides guests with a sweeping view of the beach and even the Destin skyline can be seen in the distance.
