If you want the wow factor and direct on beach stay then this condo is for you. 2nd story with wonderful views of ocean and the pool. Short short short walk downstairs and over walkway to beach. So glad we did not rent a house on the interior of town...would have been so disappointed!

No high rise buildings. Plenty of space on the beach. Not over crowded. Sand felt like powder. So soft. We all loved it and would definitely visit again. Condo had plenty of room for seven people. Even had games we played at night. Kids loved that!

Description
Palms of Dune Allen #205 - Luxury Gulf-Front Condo with Heated Pool
This three-bedroom condo on the 2nd floor is the perfect vacation spot for a relaxing trip on 30A. The primary and second bedrooms feature king beds, ceiling fans, TVs and ensuite baths; the third bedroom has twin over double bunks, an additional double bed, ceiling fan, TV and a connected hall bath. The spacious living area features comfortable seating with a sofa that converts to a queen sleeper, a large HD TV, and amazing views out the large picture windows to the Gulf. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to enjoy your time at the beach including all kitchen utensils, pots, pans, drinkware, Tupperware, Keurig and regular coffee makers, small kitchen appliances, spices, and more. The south-facing floor balcony features brand new table and chairs to enjoy the stunning view of the beach and Gulf.
Access to the pool and beach is incredibly easy. You do not have the cross the street or walk down a public walkway to get to the private beach. There is handicap accessible elevator or stairs to the first floor where guests can access to heated pool. There is a men’s and women’s bathroom on the pool deck, as well as an industrial ice maker to fill coolers before taking them to the beach. From the pool, continue a few steps further on the private boardwalk to the "crows nest" that sits atop the sprawling dunes before reaching the steps taking you directly to the soft sand, clear water, and gorgeous views of the beach. There are freshwater foot washing stations and showers on the steps to/from the beach, as well as at the pool. The entire complex is secure with vehicle and pedestrian gates from Hwy 30A, as well as a secure gate to/from the beach.
We allow our guests to use the beach chairs, umbrellas and beach toys provided on the deck. If you want daily chair set-up, we will provide the vendor contact info in the rental package we will provide 1-2 weeks prior to your stay. 2 parking permits are provided, but parking is on a first-come-first-serve basis. If a car does not have a parking permit, or if more than 2 cars are parked in the lot, vehicles will be towed.
The Palms of Dune Allen is a highly desired gated property with only 24 units on a private beach 30 minutes east of Destin, nestled between Sandestin and Seaside on scenic Highway 30A. Parking is private, worry free and exclusive to the property. Within walking distance is the Santa Rosa Golf & Beach Club and Gulf Place that offers dining, shopping, coffee shops, bars, women's boutiques, and bike and paddle board rentals. The Silver Sands outlet mall in Sandestin is only five miles away. Just past the front gate is a 17-mile bike and running trail that connects the 30A communities of Sandestin, Grayton, Watercolor, Seaside, Seagrove, Rosemary Beach and the beaches of South Walton. Destin/Fort Walton Beach airport is 29 miles to the west and Panama City Airport is 38 miles to the east.
