My family stayed in this condo for a few days and it was great. The condo was well stocked, the beds and furniture were comfortable, and the location is awesome! It's so nice to be able to walk right out of the condo to the pool and beach area. Bonny was so easy to work with and very responsive to questions. We will definitely be back!

Everything about this condo shines, but especially the LOCATION; right off the coast road, ON the beach, pool outside the back door, easy walking distance to Santa Rosa restaurants. The condo is spacious with 3 full baths, big kitchen, secure parking space, all the amenities. Highly, highly recommended.

We just stayed here for spring break with two families of four and it was perfect. From the moment I contacted Bonny she has been very quick and efficient in getting back to me and sending me information. The condo is on the first floor which was perfect for our little kids. It made going back and forth to the beach and pool super easy. There was plenty of room for all of us and everything was decorated nicely and very clean. She also had everything we could need in the kitchen from chip and dip holders, to pots and pans, and all the other little things. Also, it was so nice to be able to walk to the shopping area that had a coffee shop and a few other restaurants. We never felt like it was super crowded on our end of 30A, like it was when we ventured out to Seaside. I would absolutely come and stay again!

This place is great. It's right on the pool and the beach, the rooms are very nice and the condo itself is very very nice. The kitchen and living room are spacious and make you want to spend as much time inside the condo as you do on the beach! The owner was super nice and helpful too, which makes the overall experience that much better! After an 8 hour drive, it was amazing to stay at this condo. We talked about trying to go ahead and rent the same condo for next year. :)

We live in Crestview, FL, and have friends and family from LA and MO who visit every year. We always rent a condo several times a year when our company is in. We usually stay in Destin, but take a day trip or two to 30-A. This year, I was determined to find a place to stay on 30-A. My sister and her family were the first to come in this year and she was very skeptical to not stay where we always stay. But, I convinced her to trust me and she was more than pleased that she let me make the switch. My husband and I searched up and down 30-A, trying to find the perfect spot. We decided on Dune Allen because it was close enough to Seaside and the shops and activities there, but also close enough to Grand Boulevard and Sandestin. It is the perfect middle place. And Dune Allen is such a lovely community within itself. We loved eating at Fire, very close to condo and great food and service. The condo itself was a real crowd pleaser. It was the most well-stocked condo we had ever stayed at, especially the kitchen. We're used to having to go out and buy even the essentials like salt and pepper. This kitchen had a full rack of spices, lots of dishes and cookware. Books, throws, toys, just so many extras that made it truly feel like being at home. The decor was beautiful and beachy, and of course, the white sand just a few steps outside our doorway, was the must-have. When I started my search for a condo on 30-A, I sent several emails requesting information. Danny and Bonny were very prompt in their responses and answered any and all questions. After I had already secured their unit, I finally heard back from one of the others I had sent an email to almost a week ago. We were very pleased with our stay, the location, the condo, and the hospitality of Danny and Bonny. We will be back! The kiddos particularly loved being right beside the pool. For some crazy reason, we cannot convince them, that the ocean is the greatest swimming pool ever made!

Gulf Front Condo First Floor 3BR/3BA Palms of Dune Allen #106
This condo features an open living and dining room combination with large island bar that seats four and separate dining area with seating for eight. The kitchen has been completely remodeled with stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops. The kitchen is stocked with everything you will need(cookware, dishes, small appliances,etc.), if you decide to prepare a meal and eat in. There is a local Publix supermarket and liquor store close by as well as seafood markets and specialty grocery/wine stores. The primary bedroom has a king size bed and a recently renovated private bathroom. A second bedroom has a queen bed with remodeled private bath as well. The third bedroom has two double beds. The hall bath which is shared with this bedroom has been completely renovated. There is a new queen size pull-out sofa in the living room area if needed and a large capacity washer and dryer. Although we don't provide beach umbrellas and chairs, we can provide the contact info for a local beach service that has worked our area of the beach for years.
This condo offers updated, comfortable furnishings. There are three SMART TV's. There is also a covered patio for outdoor dining and grilling. You can walk to the pool(which is heated in cooler months) which is LITERALLY just steps away from the porch; perfect for relaxing and being able to watch the kids play in the pool. The private beach is less than 100 feet from the porch. The Palms also has a private boardwalk with coded access leading to the beach. The sunsets are breathtaking! You will love staying here!
This is a great getaway for you and your family! Just bring your bathing suit and beach towel!
