Location, location! A beautiful beach, great weather, a large sunny deck, golf carts, remodeled interior and pet friendly - what more could you ask for?? There were a few things that needed to be fixed the first day, but a phone call to the management company resulted in quick fixes for everything within a few hours. Would love to rent again.

Newly renovated and perfectly located house right on the beach . Probably the best beach access we’ve had and we’ve been vacationing on the 30A for 12 years. We loved the seating area down stairs , great for a break from the sun but you never have to leave the beach . The golf carts were a lot of fun and really convenient. The management was great too , very personal and concerned about our stay . We will be back !

Guest safety continues to be our top priority. We have implemented a Clean Bedding program for our properties. This means that all coverlets, bed linens, and towels are professionally laundered. We have enhanced our housekeeping protocol by disinfecting and sanitizing using EPA-approved products. Instead of a physical check-in, our properties are accessed via keyless entry door locks.
With nothing but blue skies above and the Sea Belowe, your perfect vacation paradise awaits along the beaches of South Walton’s exclusive Scenic 30A Corridor in the quaint Old Florida community of Dune Allen. Sea Belowe is situated directly on the beach between the sugar white sands and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico and Allen Lake, one of South Walton’s rare coastal dune lakes which are found only in a few other locations in the world. Sea Belowe offers a serene getaway on the western end of 30A.
The home was recently renovated on the inside, and is one of the only properties with a ramp, making the job of unloading the luggage a breeze. An expansive beachfront deck outfitted with multiple chaise lounges, a six seat dining table, and elevated bar table, is the perfect place for sand free tanning, sunset cocktails, and moonlight stargazing. Downstairs and outside, the area below the home is completely decked, providing a shady respite to catch the gulf breeze or allow the little ones to play without worry of a sunburn. The below deck also offers private access to the beach on the third level, a second outdoor shower (another upstairs) for rinsing off those sandy feet, and storage for beach toys which are provided for little visitors. In addition, the home comes complete with two street legal, six seat golf carts that can transport the entire family to dinner at Pizza by the Sea or the Perfect Pig, a round of golf at the Santa Rosa Golf and Beach Club, or even a little excursion down 30A to nearby Watercolor, Seaside, Alys Beach or even Rosemary Beach. Inside, the kitchen overlooks the living area and features bar seating for six at a kitchen island crowned with a glossy wooden countertop reminiscent of a sailing ship from long ago. Two leather couches in the living area automatically recline with the touch of a button for maximum relaxation. The home has two king bedrooms, and the first has a private door directly onto the ramp entrance as well as an ensuite bathroom with walk in shower.
The master king bedroom opens to the front deck facing the gulf for a spectacular view and gulf breezes; the ensuite master bathroom features a large window with stunning view of the coastline, a double sink vanity, and walk in shower.
The third bedroom has two queen beds and has a shared bathroom with double sink vanity, and bathtub/shower combination. The fourth and final bedroom has two queen beds as well. A full sized, stacked washer and dryer are hidden behind a charming barn door so hall space is not impeded. For a family friendly beach retreat directly on the sparkling waters of the Gulf convenient to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment yet an Old Florida world away, simply See Belowe.
