Welcome to Sunny-Tude; our new home is located in the picturesque and secluded gated neighborhood of Forest Lakes, just minutes from all of the activities and sugar white beaches of 30A. Hop in our 6 seat golf cart and explore! Our neighborhood has quaint paths, a huge pool, and even a catch and release pond for the fishermen! We have spared no costs in putting together a comfortable and luxurious experience for you. We hope to wow your entire family!

Our driveway comfortably fits 2 large vehicles or 3 regular sized vehicles. Additional parking is available on first come first serve basis throughout the neighborhood.

Our living room features a large sectional so you can gather around our 70" smart TV to enjoy the big game or play cards with the kids! The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to create and serve a wonderful meal. Our dinner table seats 6 with 2 additional chairs at the bar. Additional 4 to 6 person al fresca dining area is on the front porch. Upstairs has a media room with a sofa, two large chairs and a 65 in smart TV to captivate any audience. The balcony off of our media room has two chaise lounges for sunbathing or simply relaxing and enjoying the peace.

The master suite is located on the first floor and features a king size bed, walk in closet, en suite bathroom with walk in shower and a double sink vanity, and a private outdoor deck where you can get away to read a book or listen to the birds. The other three bedrooms are located upstairs. The second master suite is at the end of the hall and has a king bed, a large walk in closet, smart TV, and an en suite bathroom with a spacious walk in shower and a double sink vanity. The first guest bedroom has a king bed, ample closet space, a French door to the balcony, and a large smart TV. The forth bedroom has a custom built-in full bed over queen bed bunk with twin trundle, generous closet space and a smart TV, a great room that can sleep a family of five! There is a full bathroom with a walk in shower in the hallway across from the bunk room.

Starter Pack: We provide our guests with Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponge, coffee packs and laundry detergent pods. Guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities once our initial amenity package is depleted.

Golf Cart Policy: Please note that a $500 refundable security deposit, copy of drivers licenses, and proof of insurance must be received per cart prior to your arrival.

Cancellation Policy: Full refunds are given provided your reservation is cancelled more than 60 days prior to your arrival date, less a $250 cancellation fee. There is no refund if the reservation is cancelled within 60 days of the arrival date. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking, otherwise the reservation is subject to cancellation.

Our Clean Initiative: Sheets, towels and blankets are professionally laundered between each reservation using SANIX by UNX which is an EPA registered product that disinfects, cleans and deodorizes. This multi-purpose neutral PH, germicidal detergent and deodorant is effective on a wide variety of pathogens. Our laundry service follows a cross contamination prevention strategy in accordance with CDC guidelines. In addition to our standard high-level clean between each reservation, we utilize Clorox wipes on all hard surfaces. Clorox is an effective and EPA approved combatant, these pre-soaked wipes need only four minutes of contact to neutralize the Coronavirus. We use Lysol Disinfectant Spray for fabric surfaces.
