Eddyland, 30A-Beaches-South Walton, Florida Vacation Rental by Owner

My family of nine really enjoyed our stay at Eddyland. It's really close to the beach, and the back yard and pool are amazing. I would definitely come back!

This home is perfect for a wonderful stay in Grayton Beach. Our group of six adults had a wonderful long weekend. The home has everything you need and is a 5 min walk to the beach, Red Bar and other shops. The backyard pool and fire pit are an added bonus. We ate on the screened in back porch and enjoyed a lovely weekend together. Owner is very responsive.

We rented Eddyland for our daughters wedding. We absolutely loved it. The home was very spacious, the backyard, screened in porch and location couldn't be beat. We will definitely be booking again. My only complaint is that we couldn't stay longer!

Can't say enough about Eddyland! It had everything our family was looking for! From the minute we walked in the door I knew it was special. We have been coming to Grayton for 35 years and this house is SO Grayton. Wonderful laid back vibe and all the amenities that we were looking for, pool, pet, kid friendly. The owner is wonderful! We left behind a blanket of my grandson's that was a special gift to him and the owner was so gracious and helpful in her communication with me and returned it promptly. Eddyland is such a perfect place. From the lovely ambience of the home to the spacious welcoming backyard, I wish we could’ve stayed forever! The pool is BIG, as is the backyard! The screened in porch (with a bed swing) was fantastic and so relaxing! You are so close to the beach, I would say less than a 5 minute walk. They had a playpen, high chair, baby gates, toddler mattress AND children’s bed rail available in one of the closets, which was SUCH an awesome bonus! The two fridges were great, where we had multiple families staying in the home, and needed all the space! Walking distance to a little eatery/bar, general store, cute “one-of-kind” shops. I could go on and on about all the perks of this beach house. Definitely a laid back feel, Grayton Beach area included. Not overly touristy, which means minimal traffic (THANK GOODNESS!) Home owners were so accommodating (I wanted to use the crockpot while there, and they set it out for me <3 So thoughtful!) Hoping to return in the future!

This was our second visit to Eddyland and we can't wait to return. We love the charm and laid back vibe of Grayton Beach. Eddyland is a great place to stay for a large family or several couples. We had 8 people in our group and everyone enjoyed the pool and amazing back porch. The owners are such gracious hosts and are a breeze to work with. A great experience from beginning to end.

Eddyland is the essence of Grayton Beach. Step through the beautiful wooden carved turtle door and leave your troubles behind. This cozy and relaxed atmosphere is perfect for a quiet getaway or for a large family like ours. We had plenty of room for our group of 10. The porch (with a dining table!) has to be our favorite part of this charming southern beach cottage. The kids love the outdoor shower and of course, the POOL!! We have been visiting Eddyland for over 10 years and each time it just gets better and better. There is really no where else we would rather be!

Eddyland is amazing as are the owners! The house itself has an ideal blend of eclecticism, style, comfort and nostalgia that made us feel right at home! The common areas are large and we loved the screen porch and beautiful pool area, where many laughs and memories were made and will be cherished! The kitchen is extremely well equipped with everything you can imagine needing or using for any meal. There is a separate complete bar area next to it with a an additional refrigerator which was so handy! The gorgeous beach and water is a short and fun stroll to the beach and to casual and fun places to eat, drop in for a cocktail , etc. The owners of Eddyland are like no other. Their kindness, accommodating nature and appreciation for our business is something I have never experienced anywhere else. Their love for their family and this gem of a property runs deep and their attention to detail inside and outside are to be appreciated. It is a real gift that they are sharing this property with others because having a good time with people that mean a lot are what working hard and getting a chance to have a vacation are all about! (I should mention that while there , several put in many work hours and Eddyland and had a great area for this with strong WiFi connectivity). I have shared the Eddyland link with many people since being there and am thankful that Laura Ann and Andy take their jobs as owners so seriously so that we can experience this amazing place! Take me back to Eddyland!

Eddyland was the perfect home for us. We had two families and grandparents and the set up was perfect! The house was clean and well stocked and beautifully decorated. An added bonus is the amazing pool and screened in porch We will definitely make this an annual trip!

My family has been to Eddyland several times. It is a very charming home that makes you never want to leave. The kids love the pool and the parents can sit and watch them swim from the cozy screened in back porch. It’s my family’s happy place and i tell people about it all of the time!!! ??

I love this place! For well over a decade I have been going to Eddyland and it literally feels like home! Grayton is one of my favorite places to be. It's beautiful, and Eddyland fits the laid back setting of Grayton Beach like a glove. 3 minute stroll to the beach and Red Bar. Plenty of great food nearby. And the house is so big! The back yard is beautiful too! The pool is perfect for hanging out all day and not even going to the beach, or you can head to the beach and hit the outdoor shower when you get back! Great family owns this house, and you just can't beat this place. Highly recommended!
