Stayed here in April with a group of ladies for a trip to the beach. It’s also a great size for a couple’s getaway or small family if using the pull-out sofa bed. The condo is located in a brand new complex, so all the furnishings are beautiful and clean. It is a straight shot down the road to the beach. The beach access did have restrooms, parking, and also a ramp to the beach for use by small children or people with disabilities. That was nice. It is close to many stores and restaurants and easy to find your way around. We had a great time.

I stayed here with my family and it was an amazing experience! The host went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. One of the best things is the location. The view of the pines was peaceful and It's close enough to easily access all the shops, restaurants, and entertainment options. We loved being surrounded by the pine trees. The host was incredibly hospitable and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Public beach access was only a few minutes away, which made it easy to enjoy Santa Rosa Beach. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable stay close to the action of 30A. The host's attention to detail, combined with the location, made this an unforgettable experience for us. We will definitely stay here again!

A really nice, clean, neat place with great decor and furnishings. Easy access to Publix, and Wal-Mart as well as all the restaurants that Santa Rosa has to offer. A brand new complex with awesome amenities. I will try my hardest to stay here again, and highly recommend to a small family, or a couple people just wanting to get away.
