Payment Details:
A 50% deposit must be received by 7th Heaven in order to officially reserve the requested dates. At that time, a rental agreement will be sent to the renter.
The final balance is due one week before the check-in date. When the full payment is received, the door codes will be sent to unlock the front door.
We accept payments through PayPal, Venmo, and Zelle.

We loved our stay at 7th Heaven! It’s just a few blocks away from beach access, but in a quiet residential neighborhood street away from the noise and bustle. The porch is the perfect place to drink your morning coffee. We would definitely stay again!

The place was exactly as advertised. Very comfortable and in a quiet location. Beach access was very easy via the golf cart and our car. As Audrey says the beach is definitely an easy walk however if you're going to take lawn chairs and umbrellas and beach toys the car is a better choice than walking...however the 4 wheel cart that Audrey makes available would still make walking a very good option if the parking area is filled. The kitchen is well equipped, appliances are modern and work perfectly. We had one occasion where the bathtub drain was slow. We called the housekeeper and they came right over and took care of it quickly. Bottom line is that it exceeded our expectations in all respects.

Perfect! It’s home away from home! With the beach right down the street to a quite night on the porch you can bet your stay to be very relaxing. My kids loved this place! When we left the beach at the end of the day it wasn’t welp we have to get back to the hotel, no it was more like come on family let’s go back home and relax till tomorrow. Very pleasant stay! It was worth every dime! We will definitely be back!

Audrey is a phenomenal host and her home is very comfortable! The beach is even closer than I realized and there are lots of great restaurants within walking distance or a short drive. Highly recommend staying here!

Audrey’s home was very cute and at a great location! The beach is just a few blocks away, a pretty short walk. With the golf cart it was even better so that was an awesome added bonus! We were able to bring our dogs and she had puppy treats and bowls waiting for us upon arrival, it was so thoughtful! The communication was spot on and she is a very sweet individual! There are plenty of places to eat and shopping available nearby, but we used the kitchen most of the time and we were very thankful the kitchen had everything included! It was an overall amazing experience and we’re very grateful for our weekend getaway. Thank you so much Audrey!

Such a great beach cottage! Great location to easily get to the beach and also have some quiet while you’re at the house. Super close to great restaurants, ice cream, and bike rentals. We loved our stay at 7th Heaven!

Our entire property is accessible to our guests. However, the outbuilding is scheduled to be renovated for future guest use and is currently unavailable to guests.
Other things to note
A $250 security deposit will be collected at the time of booking and returned within 10 days of check-out if everything is found in an acceptable manner.

We set competitive and fair rates for all of our guests. We do not offer length of stay discounts or snowbird rates.
