I have been staying at High Pointe for over 10 years now. This is by far the BEST unit -- newly renovated, clean, well-stocked. Our agent, Stephanie was extremely responsive and took care of our every need almost immediately. Ditto for the bike rental company. The code did not work and they e-mailed a new code within minutes of notifying them.

We would like to inform you that property-wide construction will begin on October 14, 2024, with an estimated completion date of June 6, 2025.

*Expect loud noise from grinding, hammering, and other activities.
*Balconies will be inaccessible at times, and balcony furniture will be moved into units during this work.
*Some units may be temporarily unavailable for rental during specific phases of the project.

High Pointe Unit 315 is a beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom Gulf View Condo at High Pointe Resort with an excellent view of the lagoon style resort pool!
The master bedroom with a king bed, flat screen tv, private master bathroom with a wonderfully remodeled shower and double vanities has its own access to a large balcony with pool and gulf views.
A second master bedroom also has a king bed with flat screen TV, a large closet, full private bathroom with shower/tub combo and single vanity sink, and its own small balcony. The third bedroom to the left has two queen beds with a flat screen tv and large closet, a full bathroom and shower/tub combo with single vanity.
The recently remodeled open living spaces flow together with plenty of seating which is perfect for gathering and enjoying family time after a long day enjoying the world's most beautiful beaches. The kitchen has been completely renovated and has all new stainless steel appliances. The living room is comfortable and boasts a large flat screen tv as well as direct access to the main balcony with pool and gulf views. The unit also has complementary Wi-Fi, cable and a full washer and dryer.
This is an extremely clean non-smoking unit with great furnishings, many of which are brand new. Kids and adults will love the easy beach access, tiki bar and grill, new playground, tennis courts and 6,500 sq. ft pool with waterfalls and lush landscaping. Crabby Steve's ocean front bar and grill is right on the property and is the only true gulf front dining experience on all of 30A. Fabulous dinner specials and always a fun place to unwind. Located next to Rosemary Beach, and minutes from Seaside, this really is a deluxe unit in the perfect vacation spot!
