I have been coming to the 30-A area for over 25 years, and 'On the Gulf' is hands down the best place I've ever stayed. ..the best view, the most well-equipped, the best amenities, the best property landscaping, on and on. As a single person, I always felt completely safe when I'm there. It's gated and very quiet, close to restaurants and shopping. It's my all-time favorite place to stay.

This condo is great but the location is even better. High Pointe is Gulf side 30A and has amazing amenities.... including my favorite Crabby Steves Gulf front bar and grill. It's in the Heart of Seacrest Beach next to Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. We'll be back for sure!

We would like to inform you that property-wide construction will begin on October 14, 2024, with an estimated completion date of June 6, 2025.

*Balconies will be inaccessible at times, and balcony furniture will be moved into units during this work.
