The house has a great layout and Tonya was always quick to respond to questions or recommendations. I would highly recommend this house & would stay here again.

The home was beautiful, the community and homes surrounding are beautiful, the pool etc. The home has everything you need and more. It was super clean, beautifully decorated (beach feel) etc. Tonya was wonderful. She was super helpful and accommodating and a great communicator. The location is perfect too! Thank you Tonya! It was exactly as described and perfect for my family’s needs. Tonya was excellent to work with. She had detailed instructions for our stay. She gave me pool updates and checked to see if we needed anything. Any questions I had she was quick to respond. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! :))

Our kids really enjoyed the pool, and riding bikes into town. Communication with Tonya was great before, during and after our trip.

The house was clean and beyond spacious for all of us - 3 families. The kitchen was equipped with your everyday needs and so were the bathrooms. The open-style great room leaned a luxury and comfort to meet everyone's needs. From cooking to watching TV, eating at the island, and playing games at the kitchen table it was the perfect room for all of us to be together!  Tonya was a wonderful host and quick to communicate! We got there early and were not able to check in until the cleaners were finished. In the meantime, she made sure we had access to the pool bands to use. She was so helpful and accomodating!  If you are looking for a spacious, clean, friendly house to stay in Santa Rosa we highly recommend!

We rented a golf cart and it ended up being the perfect distance and ride to the beach. The house was great and the bunk beds were perfect for our 2 kiddos. Highly recommend!

Tonya and her house are amazing! The location is 5 minutes to the beach and also have a beautiful community pool. The house is beautifully decorated and very clean. The only downfall which was not Tonya’s fault was the community took two days to clean a pool with poop in it. The kids were very bummed that they couldn’t swim but the pains in the butts didn’t want to go to the beach…grrrr. Overall would definitely recommend to family and friends. Thank you Tonya.

he location was minutes from the beach, pool, and fun dining spots. The correspondence with all the directions was quite helpful and answered all my questions prior to arrival. Great stay!

We particularly loved the pool! We also appreciated the beach toys and chairs.

From the neighborhood, to the beach proximity, to the wonderful hosts, this place is exceptional.  The moment we walked in, we felt at home. Every attention to detail was exceeded and nothing was missed. And the kitchen! Did I mention the kitchen? It’s the bees knees. Seriously.  Our kids loved having their own room and our youngest, Elowen, was over the moon about the bunk beds. She’s always wanted the top bunk!  Anywho, press the button and reserve this place immediately. The house, the hosts, the whole vibe is absolutely made of awesome.

House was clean and was beautiful on the inside and out. Had 4 adult bikes on site. Very nice outdoor seating area in back yard and front of the house. Bedrooms/bathrooms were spacious and had plenty of storage space. Communication with owner was very timely and had no issues w check in or out. Would 100% stay again!

Everything was wonderful and very comfortable for our family of 7, including 5 small kiddos! The neighborhood is so friendly and the pool/hot tub are awesome. Close proximities to beaches!

A lot of space and spreading out for a family of 4...kids upstairs and parents in the master suite downstairs. The community pool area is a great space for adults/kids and was very clean. Tonya was super responsive on the one question we had, and when we decided to extend our stay for another sunny December day.

Once again, had a great time at Family Tides. The house, neighborhood/location and the host never disappoint!

There were plenty of beds and bathrooms for everyone. The home was just as pictured and located within a short distance of shops, restaurants and the beach. Would recommend if visiting Santa Rosa Beach.

The neighborhood was very peaceful and quiet. The bikes were a great touch as we went for several early evening bike rides to watch the sunset.  The pool and hot tub were a nice bonus after a day at the beach. The patio out back was a great place to wind (wine) down the long day.  Tonya's communication was near real-time almost every time I asked a question and she was extremely helpful.  We look forward to coming back again very soon.f

My six best friends and I stayed at Tonya's rental for a COVID-safe girls trip, and we had the BEST time! 

We cooked all of our meals in her gorgeous, open kitchen and played lots of board/card games. This was the perfect space to pack in a lot of quality time while still having enough rooms and beds to keep everyone rested and comfortable. And the beds! They were so comfortable. Like sleeping on a cloud. The beaches were a short walk, bike ride, or drive away, and the development has a beautiful pool. We would definitely stay here again!

This home was beautiful. The nearby beaches and amenities were stunning. It was perfect for our girls weekend!

We had a wonderful stay at Family Tides for spring break 2021. Great location, beautifully decorated home, super comfortable beds, and a great open kitchen/living area for socializing with friends and family. Hope to be back!

Really nice property and neighborhood. Perfect for 2 adults and 3 teenagers. Jack and Jill bathroom upstairs was perfect for the kids. Comfortable beds, really well-equipped kitchen (lots of pans, gadgets and utensils), clean and welcoming. Great responsiveness from Tonya before and during our stay. We stayed 2 weeks and used the beach chairs, boogie boards and 4 bikes to enjoy the area. Blue Mountain Beach is an easy bike ride, as is Pecan Jacks ice cream. Some local businesses are closed or reduced hours this time of year - but plenty are still open. We would stay here again.

We have a wonderful time at the Family Tides home! The house was beautifully decorated, comfortable and spacious. The bikes were an added bonus and allowed us to get out and explore the beautiful state park and dune lakes. We also enjoyed the pool area and fire pit. Tonya was kind enough to check in on us and make sure everything was going well. They really have thought of everything at the Family Tides and we definitely will return when we come to the area again!

What a great place to get away to Santa Rosa and all points in between... My Wife and two children stayed for 5 days over Spring Break and will definitely be back! Fantastic house in a great (quiet/new) neighborhood - Had not heard of Highland Park prior to trip and was very impressed, perfect proximity to both Blue Mountain & Santa Rosa Beach access & shops. Recommend a golf cart for shorter jaunts to beach and restaurants nearby - Close to Seaside, Rosemary, Grayton (looks like Red Bar will be coming back someday) and Destin to the West - The house is set up extremely well, cozy, comfortable and very well decorated! Tonya is awesome to work with, great communicator, quick response and very helpful in getting settled in...highly recommend... ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Things we did: Nature Trail, Ride Bikes, Pool, Golf Cart to Beach/Shops/Restaurants, Destin, Ice Cream in Seaside, Donut Hut........

The house was beautiful and very clean. We instantly felt at home. This was our second time staying in Highland park. The pool area is beyond great! Every thing looked perfect even though a hurricane had briefly brushed the area. Tonya was super to work with. Very helpful and quick to respond to say questions we had! We can’t wait to go back!

We absolutely enjoyed our time at this house! It was a quiet neighborhood with easy access to all amenities! Tonya was always quick to respond to any questions. We hope to stay here again next year!

My parents and I along with my two boys (ages 10 and 12) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. We loved the spaciousness and openness of the home. We loved having access to bicycles and used them everyday. The kitchen was fully stocked, though we never could find a cutting board. And the only thing my boys and father wished for was ESPN as a channel offering.

We stayed a week in this home and enjoyed our stay very much! The new home is very clean and decorated with calming beach decor. It was well stocked with kitchen items and appliances. Tonya was easy to work with and promptly answered any questions I had about the home and area.

The community pool is very nice. There is a covered shelter to escape the sun as well as gas grills to prepare meals.

Blue Mountain Beach is a beautiful beach. We rented a golf cart to get to the beach access, as well as local restaurants. We enjoyed Pizza by the Sea, the Chanticleer, Black Bear Bread Co., the food trucks in Seaside, Crackings and Grayton Brewing.

It was a fantastic week in Blue Mountain Beach!

Family Tides was perfect for our family of 6. There was plenty of space and it was exactly a 9 minute walk to the beach if you follow the path from Emerald Circle. The house is beautifully decorated and very clean. We were cozy and comfortable during our stay here and plan to return next summer.

We had plenty of room. We loves the open floor plan and overall home. The community pool was great for the family. The kids had a great time riding bikes. I would definetly recommend this place to rent. Tonya the owner was also great to deal with. Thanks

Our family enjoyed our stay at Family Tides! The home is beautiful, the neighborhood is quiet, and the pool is relaxing. The amenities are exceptional, and the pristine beaches are simply stunning! We highly recommend staying at Family Tides!

Tonya's home was amazing, the community is situated so close to the beach. We were able to grill outside in the evening and we used the pool all the time. The pool was very relaxing and the locals are so friendly. We uses the bikes that were supplied and 30a is easy to get around. The decor inside was wonderfully put together. We will be back.
