Welcome to our home where the good times are not forgotten! Our spacious home has an open floor plan, perfect for families and friends to unwind and reconnect.

Located in the Highland Park neighborhood right off of scenic 30A and features a private resort style pool, large hot tub, grilling, and lounge area to be enjoyed by all. Walk to the local coffee shops, ice cream shops, and restaurants.

Quick drive, golf cart ride, or bike ride (.8 miles) to white sandy beaches with emerald waters, as well as local shops and restaurants.

First Floor:
~Open concept living/dining room and kitchen with a half bath located around the corner
~Large kitchen with plenty of room for multiple cooks, or as my daughter's father-in-law says "a two butt kitchen", stainless steel appliances, fully stocked, and a wine fridge with two temperature settings for our "wino" friends!
~King size primary suite with a twin size day bed with access to the back screened in porch
~2 screened in porches, one on the front of the house and one on the right backside of the house leading out to the backyard

Second Floor:
~2 King Size Bedrooms: Both with en-suites and access to screened in balconies and one with a designated workspace
~1 Bunk Room: Features a queen size bed with a twin size bunk
~Cozy bonus room with a queen size pull out couch
~Laundry room

Backyard:
~Fenced-in backyard; ample-sized for the kids to run around and play.

~King beds all have a memory foam topper
~Rain shower heads & soaker tubs in the downstairs and upstairs primary suites
~Dual sinks in all bathrooms with king beds
~Large walk-in closets in all bedrooms with king beds
~Living rooms & king bedrooms all have smart t.v.'s for your streaming platforms as well as live HULU for you to enjoy
~Our home backs up to Point Washington State Park making for great views and added privacy while enjoying an evening cocktail, or two, on the back patio

Amenities:
~Basic items to get you started for the week (toiletries, kitchen items, etc.) however, you will want to bring extra
~Kitchen is fully stocked and ready to help you prepare for your family meal at our 10 seater kitchen table, or 5 seater bar
~Games are located in the cabinet under the living room t.v.
~No carpet in the home
~4 Yolo beach cruiser bikes for your use, each equip with bike lights and a basket
~2 beach chairs for your use

Guest access:
~Check-in is at 4 pm and you will be given a code to access the home (yay no keys to keep up with!)
~Check-out is at 10 am
~Wrist bands & code for pool access will be provided (Please don't lose! These are $50 to replace)
~On-site parking, with space for up to 3 vehicles only and a golfcart, or 4 vehicles!
~Please note: The garage is not accessible & there is no street parking in the neighborhood
~There are three security cameras on the outside of our home; a ring doorbell at the front door, a camera over the garage, and a camera over the back porch.

Beach Access: Our home is located between two public beach access points, Blue Mountain Beach & Ed Waline Beach, both less than a mile away. Take the 30a bike path to the beach, or a quick golf cart ride or drive to the beach.

The Area: If you have not visited 30a before, there is so much to offer; and I encourage you to check it out so you do not miss a thing! The area is very family-friendly with some of our favorite places like The Hub, Gulf Place, and Seaside Amphitheater and more. Check their websites for activities and events during your stay. The area is full of local shops and restaurants full of charm and as an avid shopper I am happy to point you in the direction of some of the local favorites.
