Wind and Sea is a gorgeous, designer decorated vacation home located in a lovely neighborhood on 30A, Highland Parks in Blue Mountain Beach. The stunning resort size lagoon swimming pool has a gorgeous waterfall, an observation tower to view the Gulf of Mexico, hot tub, gas fire pit, and a pavilion with gas grills, ice maker, lots of counter space for food prep, double sink, community dining area, big screen TV and comfortable lounge seating, and finally, large bath house style restrooms, so no need to ever leave the pool! You can haul everything you need to the pool, or to the beach via the four seat golf cart that comes with this lovely home.

Beach access is approximately 1 mile away.

Start your vacation with ease; key in your personal door code at the front door and your vacation begins! Take your first steps into your dream vacation and notice the stylish, cool color scheme. The living area features notes of silver among varying tones of sea glass greens and soothing blues to compliment the wide open space outfitted in beach chic furnishings and decor. Sink into the comfy sectional sofa to watch the extra-large Smart TV or cook dinner with your family in this sprawling kitchen. Granite counter tops, stainless appliances, and beautiful lighting make it a joy to cook in. You will also find all the necessary cookware and dishware to make memorable meals in this fabulous beach house.

The downstairs master suite features a king size bed with custom bedding. There is a large dresser with plenty of drawer space and a Smart TV for some light entertainment before bed. The en-suite master bathroom is spacious and offers a beautifully tiled walk-in shower and his and her sinks. On the second floor, the first guest bedroom room features a king size bed with quality linens, a wall mounted TV and a private bathroom. The second guest room has a double over double bunk bed with a twin trundle, large TV and an en-suite bathroom. For additional guests, there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. There is a half bath for guest use on the first floor.

Golf Cart Policy: Please note that a $500 refundable security deposit, copy of drivers licenses, and proof of insurance must be received per cart prior to your arrival.

Starter Pack: We provide our guests with Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponge, coffee packs and laundry detergent pods. Guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities once our initial pack is depleted.

Cancellation Policy: Full refunds are given if your reservation is cancelled more than 60 days prior to your arrival date, less a $250 cancellation fee. There is no refund if the reservation is cancelled within 60 days of the arrival date. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking, otherwise the reservation is subject to cancellation.
