Gorgeous Newer Custom Built Home, Sleeps 9, Community Pool, Steps to 30Avenue, Next to Rosemary

Changes to the current pictures include ~ updated furniture in the bedrooms (Bedroom 1: King Bed, Bedroom 2: two twin over full bunkbeds, Bedroom 3: Queen Bed), all new bedding, and an additional chair added to the living room.*
As you enter the home you are greeted with an open floor plan, a gourmet kitchen, and hardwood floors throughout the entire house. This vacation home is spacious for families with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. It comfortably sleeps 9, featuring a king bed in the master, a queen bed in the guest bedroom, and two twin over full bunkbeds in the third bedroom.
You can hang out at the community pool or venture out and explore 30A. Enjoy 30Avenue’s award winning restaurants, concerts, upscale shopping, yoga, and a visit to the Marble Slab Creamery with the kids is a must! You will also find plenty to see and do in the nearby communities of Rosemary Beach, Seacrest, and Alys Beach. Don’t forget Lake Powell, which is a great place to fish, paddleboard, and hike.

Beach Access
There are several beach accesses to choose from. Below are 3 of the most popular:
Winston Lane Public Beach Access: Located less than .07 away. This access is on the western border of Inlet Beach where it meets Rosemary. There is not public parking available, but plenty of bike racks if you choose to ride your bike.
Inlet Beach Regional Beach Access: This access has parking, restrooms, and lifeguards during peak season. Located at the end of South Orange Street about 200 yards south of US Hwy 98. Inlet Beach Regional Access is the largest county access and features three dune walkovers and 117 parking spaces.
Wall Street Beach Access: Located about a mile drive from the Preserve at Inlet Beach, about 200 yards east of the intersection of US30A and Highway 98, at the end of South Wall Street, where it dead ends at the gulf. NOTE: This Access has no public parking. There is no parking. However, there is parking, restrooms and outdoor showers about 1/4 mile east at the Inlet Beach Access
