Beautiful property. Great location. Very spacious. Close to beach. We celebrated a friend's 50th Bday Girls getaway cooked in the kitchen and had plenty of room and enjoyed our dinner on the front porch with an amazing view of the sunset

This property is exactly as describe, and Ross (the property owner) was amazing to work with. Our family had a great time! The private pool was the cherry on top of this rental. Beach is a 3 minute walk. So glad we had the golf cart to shuttle our tents and chairs. This was one of our best rentals ever :-)

We have been taking a family vacation to the Seacrest, Inlet Beach and Rosemary Beach area every summer for the last 20 years. This house was one of the best, if notTHE best property we have rented. And we have rented many homes in this area over the years. Great location. Great amenities in the house. The kitchen is fabulous. Especially if you enjoy cooking even while on vacation like my family does. The family room is really great for large groups. Lots of comfortable seating. Same with the large dining space. The private pool area was very, very nice and was fairly secluded — which is unusual for the area given how close the houses are to one another. The bedrooms were very spacious — especially the two masters on the first floor. Ross, the house owner was great to work with if and when we had questions or concerns. A golf cart (for an additional fee) is available with the house. I would highly recommend renting it for the ease of taking trips to the beach.

The house was perfect. Pool set up in backyard with grill was a great place to relax after all day on the beach. Property owner was super responsive and helpful. Place is a very short walk to the beach. Everything was awesome. We had 19 people and fit perfectly.

Seazen is simply amazing! Our family vacation included 12 adults and 12 kids (ages 3-14). There was plenty of room for everyone! The beds are comfy and the rooms are large. There is an awesome living room with a pull out sofa on the first floor where the kids piled up to watch movies. At bedtime, the bunkroom was perfect. The kids loved having their own area to crash and spread out. The older kids were at one end of the large room and the younger kids were on the other side. It was perfect. There are two bathrooms on that floor which makes it nice because it is the same floor as the kitchen, dining and living room area. Even with all of the huge rooms, we spent so much time on the back patio by the pool. The fountains and the pool lights at night were a big hit. There is a large covered area with 4 tables and chairs and a grill. It was perfect for the rainy days! Even though there was a lot of construction going on around us, it did not deter our stay. We rented the golf cart and enjoyed taking the kids around to see the rest of the area. The downside is that you cannot take the golf cart into Rosemary Beach or park it at the two closest beach entrances but since the beach entrance is so close, it wasn't a deal breaker. We got to the beach at 6:30am every morning to set up our area close to the ocean because it gets extremely crowded. If you rent chairs, that is not an issue. Rosemary Beach is also within walking distance and everyone enjoyed some time away shopping and eating. This house is well maintained and well stocked with everything you need. I loved that even with our big family, the house stayed cool at 70 degrees. We also spent time on the second floor front porch as it provided a wonderful place to feel the ocean breeze and relax. Ross was extremely easy to communicate with and took care of everything that we needed. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a memorable beach vacation. It is by far our favorite beach house.

We introduced all of our family from California to the beautiful white sands and emerald coast of Florida and none of us wanted to leave. This house was the perfect fit for our family reunion and was a beautiful retreat to gather our family all together. Countless hours were spent in the beautiful backyard swimming and playing cornhole tournaments for hours. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was well stocked for all of our needs. We loved our stay and will be definitely coming back!

Everyone can spread out in the six large bedrooms, five baths, plus a den with a sleeper sofa, where the kids can hang out in their own space. There are flat screen TV's in all bedrooms and living room, the gourmet kitchen features a Kitchen Aide professional range with plenty of counter space.
Downstairs, there are 3 king bedrooms. Upstairs there is one king bedroom and one
bedroom with a queen bed. Our bunk room has four bunk beds sleeping 8-12 people and a sleeper sofa, there is also a queen sleeper sofa in the first floor children's media room.
There are 2 wooden high chairs, 2 Pack N Plays and a crib in storage in the garage(if needed).
Everyone can enjoy a meal together with a large 10 foot dining table seating 12, plus a large breakfast bar for 6. You will enjoy the open floor plan upstairs, with 2 open living rooms, kitchen, and dining room offering expansive gulf views.
