We had a group of 4 adults and 6 children/babies and had a wonderful stay at the Palms. The kids loved the pool and the ping pong table. The adults loved the porch and amenities and proximity to the beach! It was so easy going back and forth, especially with all of our baby beach gear. Speaking of, the pack n play and high chair came in handy. The house had everything we needed. We had a great time and would love to return!!

Our family would like to thank you for sharing your beautiful home. We rent 3-5 beach homes per year and this home exceeded our expectations. The house was so clean the kids even commented on the cleanliness. Well thought out with little things like laundry baskets and hooks, instructions on light switches, easy to use remotes for media, extra fridge, and so much more. The pool was perfect and we used it often. The view of the beach was superb and the walk even better. The shortest, easiest walk out to the beach than many ocean front Himes. Great for people with mobility issues as well. Indoor furniture was comfortable, beds were great, and the outside tables and chairs were well appointed. We are looking forward to booking this home next year. To the owners who were quick to respond to our questions and for sharing your beautifully thought out clean home, our family thanks you.

We had such an amazing time at this house!!
The access to the beach was so convenient and we had such a lovely view of the ocean from the balcony.
The pool was the perfect size and was so nice for toddlers. My 2 year old son was so content sitting on the steps and splashing for hours, and the umbrellas allowed us to provide him with plenty of shade.
Not only that, but there was even a high chair, pack and play, and a baby gate for the top of the stairs.
All of the bedrooms were super nice and we slept so comfortably. Everything was amazingly clean. They had everything we needed to eat in (including nice grills) and the location was also super close to plenty of nice places to visit and eat. If we come back to this area we are definitely staying here again!

The property was at quiet Inlet Beach, 5 minutes from the Rosemary Beach, 10 from Alys Beach so close but without the 30A crowds. Publix 10 min. down 98. 3 min. walk to the beach. The deck allows for a constant ocean view,, sunsets, and breeze. Heated pool was a great plus.

You will surely enjoy your time at The Palms, many have! This year we added to the fun, with a new private pool. The pool is for the guests of The Palms only. Bring your family and friends and take a dip in the new "private" heated/cooled saltwater pool. Relax on the deck with family and friends and watch the dolphins, ocean white caps and spectacular sunsets. Have fun in the rec area, which features a Ping-Pong table, large 65-inch TV, and board games.
This home has been totally remodeled inside and out. Including all new furniture, flooring, new HD Smart televisions, bedding/linens and décor. The top floor of this home has an open-concept kitchen, living and dining room. The dining area includes seating for eight (8) and a breakfast bar that seat five (5).
Boasting en-suite bedrooms, The Palms sleeps 10-12 people with three King master suites and a bunkroom. Walk out of the master bedroom to a full-length upper deck and enjoy a morning cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine. The master bathroom has double sinks, a separate shower and a jetted tub. The bunkroom has full-size beds and a full-size sleeper sofa. If baby comes along, this home is furnished with a pack and play and high chair.
