No Smoking/Vaping inside unit, outside on decks, at the pool, or anywhere on the grounds due to fire hazards and liability. Any TENANT or their visitors not adhering to the No Smoking / Non-Vaping policy will result in immediate removal and forfeiture of their entire rental payment. *NO PETS /ANIMALS:  Pets or animals are not permitted under any circumstances.
