This home is in the perfect location and has so much room. The beach is so close and the pool was such an added bonus. We loved how everything we needed for the week was all in walking or biking distance. The host was so generous with all the added special touches to make our vacation fabulous.

Our family had a wonderful week at Sanctuary Sands! The house is beautifully decorated and plenty of space for multiple families to gather or vacation together. The location is perfect and so close to the beach and restaurants. We loved riding bikes to Rosemary Beach and the surrounding areas on 30A. Truly a gem in a beautiful area. The pool is the perfect way to wind down the day and relax. The owner’s are fabulous and we enjoyed all of the extra attention to details and recommendations from restaurants to renting bikes and wave runners. We will be back!!!

30A can be a hectic place sometimes with all the traffic and noise, but not at this house! It was so nice to be so close to the shops and restaurants and beach, but the way the house sits back down the little lane was fantastic for privacy and peace and quiet. The house fits the description to a T. Beautifully decorated, comfortable beds, tons of space, tons of outdoor space to hang out. It was perfect for our group of 12. The owner was fantastic to deal with from start to finish. We would definitely recommend this property and will definitely be back!

We stayed at Sugar Sands Serenity over the Christmas holiday. There were 11 of us total (mix of adults and kids). The weather was great! We had temperatures in the 60's and 70's the entire week. Though we didn't swim much in the gulf, it was perfect weather to take our kayaks out and come back to the house for a swim in the heated pool. The kids loved it! The house was beautifully decorated, was sparkling clean, and the beds were super comfy! The neighborhood was very quiet and quaint. It was so nice to be able to take a walk over to Barrett Square to enjoy the christmas lights and tree and grab dinner or drinks without having to drive or worry about parking. We can not wait to book this property again for a future trip. We truly felt like this was our home away from home!

Our family stayed at this property over Thanksgiving. Besides the great layout, the pool, and the decor in the property, the location was second to none. We rented bikes and were able to explore so much and not be more than 5 minutes away from the house at any time. We ate out must nights and when the description says its within 5 minutes of 20 restaurants, they weren't kidding! It was so great to have so many different options to choose from. One thing we've always wanted to see is the Tree Lighting Party at Barrett Square, and that did not disappoint! The kids and adults loved getting into the holiday spirit at the beach the day after Thanksgiving. We hope to be able to do this again in years to come, and wouldn't want to stay anywhere else! The owner was great to work with, answered all of the questions we had and gave us great reccomendations before and during our trip. It was nice to have the personal touch along with the beautiful accomodations during our stay.

Located in Inlet Beach, your family and friends can relax and unwind in this spacious house with gulf views, a private pool and a very short walk to the beach. Sugar Sands Serenity is located on the south side of Scenic 30A with no busy traffic to cross to get to the beach, just a stroll down the quiet road. With three levels of luxurious décor and an abundance of space, Sugar Sands Serenity will sleep a total of 18 with 3 Kings, 1 Queen, 4 sets of Bunk Beds and 1 Queen Sofa Sleeper.
As you enter the house on the first floor, there is an open area with 3 sets of Pottery Barn bunk beds and a half bath. Just off this room are 2 bedrooms which offer a King bed and a Queen bed with a full bath to share. Off the back of the first level you will find 2 covered patio areas. One provides a quiet sitting area, where you will also find the outdoor shower.
The second level offers a spacious living room with a sofa that includes a queen sleeper, 1 love seat, 1 big cushioned chair and a fun game table with 2 chairs. Along with a bench under one window, there is plenty of seating for your friends and family to gather together. Just off the living room is the open kitchen and dining area with plenty of room to join together for that perfect meal. The kitchen is stocked with essentials and offers large granite counter space. The dining area opens onto a screened in porch with seating for that perfect sunset. The second floor also offers a bedroom with a King size bed and a full bathroom. From the second level you can walk out onto two different decks. The deck to the back of the house offers a view of the ocean and the deck at the front of the house overlooks the pool area.
The entire 3rd floor is the master suite with a King size bed, it's own private sitting area and large windows on 3 sides for looking out at the gulf. There is also a set of bunk beds in a private area with it's own TV. The view from this level is amazing!! The master bathroom offers double vanity sinks and walk in shower. This room is quiet, removed from the rest of the house and has a large desk looking out to water, the perfect hideaway for anyone who has to do a little work while in paradise!
As you walk out of the front door of Sugar Sands Serenity you will find the heated, private pool. Plenty of deck space is provided around the pool with chairs and loungers. There is a covered deck and grill here as well.
