Bella Vita encompasses everything you would have at your fingertips at home, here in Inlet Beach, PLUS SOME! This 4 bedroom, 4 full bath home is perched on the highest elevation in Inlet Beach offering GULF VIEWS from the second and third floor. Bella Vita is close to coffee shops and restaurants and is a 5 minute bike ride to the beach and close to everything without the crowds. The home has 9 foot ceilings and is full of light all day. Smart HDTVs are in the 3 bedrooms with King beds and the 2 living areas. The street legal golf cart seats up to 6 and will get you to the beach in under 3 minutes. Walk a few houses down and you are at the large community pool, always a welcoming spot after a long day at the beach. Bella Vita makes life easy - you don't even have to get in your car after you arrive if you don't want to!

Lets take a tour:
~ 1st Floor ~
The first level features an over sized garage, which stores the golf cart, bikes and beach chairs. The driveway has room for 2 cars, as well as street parking. In the garage you have 4 brand new adult beach cruiser bikes, 6 backpack beach chairs and a shiny new golf cart with that seats 6 adults perfectly. Gas grill is located in the garage, easy to roll out and use. Enter the foyer and there is a sitting area with a sofa that converts to a Full size bed. Walk further and there is a bunk room with 3 twin beds and plenty of drawer space. A bathroom with shower/tub combo is at the end of the hall. The full size washer and dryer along with plenty of beach towels are located here. Take a stroll off the living area and relax on the outdoor patio.

~ 2nd Level ~
The second level includes the living, dining and kitchen areas, a huge bedroom, full bath and a covered deck for entertaining. The owners missed nothing when stocking this kitchen, you have a toaster, Keurig that has both drip and keurig cups, microwave, utensils and cooking gear for whatever meal your heart desires! Stainless Steel appliances and quartz counter tops along with 3 comfortable counter stools keep your kitchen a hot spot for hanging out. The dining area seats 6 and the living area has an abundance of seating, along with a massive Smart HDTV. Your balcony will have plenty of seating to watch the gorgeous sunsets. Off the living area is a private bedroom with King bed, Smart HDTV and plenty of storage for your clothes. The full bathroom with shower/tub combo is off the hall.

~3rd Floor~
The third level includes the master suite with King bed and en-suite bathroom with duel sinks and gorgeous walk in shower. An additional bedroom with King bed is also on this floor. There is a full bath with walk in shower off the hallway. Accessible to both rooms is a large deck providing fabulous GULF VIEWS.

Renter must be 26+ years to rent and no pets allowed.
*If the golf cart(s) become unusable during your stay there will not be a replacement offered. We will do our best to fix the issue in a timely fashion. This requires an up front REFUNDABLE deposit of $500 to cover any incidental damages and a signed waiver.
