Rose' Sunsets is located in the beautiful Nature Walk neighborhood of Seagrove Beach, just minutes from the beach and neighboring Seaside and WaterColor communities.The front porch is inviting with a custom built bed swing and seating around a propane fire pit. Step into your home away from home and you will be greeted by a spacious first floor living space. The open living, dining and kitchen provide ample space for everyone to gather. The sectional sofa anchors the living room with a large “70" flat screen TV with Sonos Home Theatre! The dining area provides seating for eight guests with three additional seats at the kitchen island. The kitchen is well equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a wine fridge! Grab a beverage and enjoy the first floor covered porch with ample seating around a propane fire pit. The first floor guest room has a queen size bed and private en suite that includes a soaking tub, walk in shower and dual sinks. There is a half bath as well as a washer/dryer on the first level.

Head up to the second level where you will find the primary suite complete with a king size bed, private en suite and private balcony! The primary en suite has his/her vanities, soaking tub and walk in shower. There is also a guest bedroom with queen size bed and a bunk room with a full over full! These two guest rooms use a shared hall bathroom with dual sinks and tub/shower combo. The second floor living space is the perfect hang out for the kids to watch a movie on the “65" flat screen TV with Sonos! Fire up the new outdoor gas grill and cook the perfect meal for your guests.

Neighborhood Amenities 'Gathering Place' -
“Gathering Place” is located in the front central area of the community, features a large zero entry pool, heated lap pool, hot tub, toddler splash pool, children’s playground, fire pit with conversation seating, 2 gas grills, self-entertainment bar, hammocks, bathrooms, shaded seating with tables/chairs. Chaise lounge chairs surround pool and available on a first come/first served basis. Access to pool is gated by key card, hours are posted. A shopping center is located near NatureWalk’s entrance with Publix, Nail and Spa, Pizza, Pure Barre, and more local restaurants! Adjacent to Point Washington State Forest with direct access to 27 miles of hiking and biking trails.

Convenient Beaches:
Lilly Lane beach trail is for walking or biking only and is located across from the Gathering Place. This trail is a wide, compacted trail through Point Washington State Forest that leads to San Juan Ave. San Juan Avenue is a dead-end street that leads south to 30A. South San Juan beach access is directly across 30A, and has limited parking.
Santa Clara beach access is about 500 feet east (to the left) and has a large parking lot with bathrooms and is handicapped accessible with a ramp to the beach vs. stairs. Just under a mile or 10-minute bike ride to the public beach access from Naturewalk. 
 
Important Things to Know:
1) Travel Insurance is NOT included in our quotes. It can be purchased during the reservation process or obtained independently.
2) We DO NOT accept wire transfers for payment. (AMEX, Visa and MasterCard ONLY)
3) CONSTRUCTION IS IN PLACE ALL OVER 30A. 30A Escapes cannot be held responsible for construction near the rental property. 
4) This property has 4 bikes for guest use. To utilize the bikes - a waiver must be signed before the code is provided to the guest. Additional bikes can be rented through 30A Escapes.
5) Golf Cart Rentals are NOT permitted in Rosemary, Seacrest or Alys Beach.
6) Driveway has space for 2-3 medium size vehicles. There is no street parking but open pads are available on a first come/first serve basis.
7) Owner has graciously provided beach gear/toys/pickle-ball paddles in the garage - please ensure it is returned upon departure.
