Our community of Prominence North on 30A is the perfect spot for a family vacation at the beach. Prominence is a new development between Rosemary Beach and Watersound Beach. The community offers fantastic amenities which include a 5000 square foot, zero entry pool with cabanas, plenty of seating, green space, a community grilling area surrounding the poolside with large tables for family meals and a fitness center. Prominence is right across the street from The HUB - a fun, multi-use hot spot full of shops and restaurants. You can even catch an outdoor concert or movie at the event pavilion or sporting event on the big screen TV. The community amenities and surrounding area are family friendly environments and anything you need is just a golf cart or bike ride away!
Our beautiful 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath town home has tile floors and plantation shutters throughout. On the first level, the modern kitchen has granite countertops, high end stainless steel appliances, a gas cook top, an over-sized fridge and is stocked with everything you need to cook a great meal. All you need to do is bring groceries. The open concept dining room and living room have 10 foot ceilings with plenty of windows, allowing for natural light. The dining table seats seven and there are additional bar stools at the over sized kitchen island. The spacious living room includes comfortable furniture including a large accent chair, 2 couches, including a Queen sized sofa sleeper, a large 60" HDR Smart TV with sound bar, and a DVD player. Enjoy the convenience of a full sized washer and dryer in a separate laundry room. The back deck offers scenic views of the development's green space with comfortable chairs for seating.
All bedrooms are on the second level and are designed for your comfort. The master suite offers a king sized bed, reading chair, a flat screen HD Smart TV, and an expansive closet. The private master bathroom has granite countertop double vanities and a large walk in shower with glass door. The guest bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and flat screen HD Smart TV. The bunk room offers full over full bunk beds with a single trundle. Enjoy watching the Smart HDTV, a DVD or playing a game on the PS4. These two rooms share a guest bath which includes a tub/shower and a granite counter top vanity.
Our home has a key-less entry smart lock at the main entrance. We also have a spacious 2 car garage that is equipped with another key-less entry smart lock outside the garage. The garage also contains beach chairs, umbrellas, a beach wagon, and other beach toys for guest enjoyment and convenience.
Our home has all of the comforts you would expect, including the use of a street legal golf cart which can be a 6 seater with the cargo bucket removed, as well as 4 Beach Cruiser Bikes.
** All drivers of our street legal Golf Cart MUST be at least 25 years of age and provide a photo of their valid driver’s license. In addition, the lead guest must electronically sign and return our Rental Agreement.
**Guests must be 25 years old to book our town home.
**There is no grill at the town home. The community grills are on the pool deck.
**The Prominence community provides a complimentary beach shuttle service. It is available from Memorial Day through Labor Day, 9am-3pm CST.
**Take the shuttle or golf cart to the beach, or rent a bike and explore the 30A bike path that stretches 17 miles and meanders through unique beach communities. The bike paths on 30A can take you to visit the nearby communities of Seaside, Seacrest, Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. You may prefer to take the street legal golf cart to these same communities for your favorite meal, to shop, or to visit their beaches. Our street legal golf cart can be parked in a regular public parking spot. There is always something to do at Prominence and in the 30A community!
Prominence Beach Access Points
Beach Access to the West:
Deer Lake State Park - Deer Lake is the most popular and the closest beach access to Prominence and is located .5 miles away. While it is popular, there are a few things to keep in mind: There is a small parking area at the access (approx. $3 for parking) Bathrooms are also available at the access. The walk from parking area to the beach is a bit longer than most area accesses. IMPORTANT - Because this is a state park, and not a Walton County beach access, alcohol is not allowed. Beach service is not available at this location either.
Walton Dunes - Walton Dunes is about 2 miles to the west at the end of Beachfront Trail. This is a Walton County beach access with parking and short distance to the beach.
Santa Clara - Santa Clara access is a Walton County beach access located near Bramble Grove Road, about 3.5 miles to the west of Prominence. *This is the scheduled stop for the Prominence shuttle. Parking and bathrooms are also available at the Santa Clara access.
**If you take the shuttle, please note that the hours of operation are 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Beach Access to the East:
Gulf Lakes - The Gulf Lakes access is a Walton County beach access located about .5 miles to the east of Prominence. This is a small access and can be easily missed. Car parking is not available, but makes for a great golf cart/bike ride to the beach.
Sea Breeze - Sea Breeze is a Walton County beach access that is just past the Gulf Lakes access. Parking and bathrooms are not available at this access, however, there is a shower.
