Bask in the natural light streaming in from the windows atop the soaring 16' cathedral ceilings, and people watch from your private, top-floor balcony! This condo offers a supreme get-away spot to share with your family and friends (Sleeps 8)!



Completely remodeled and tastefully decorated, Sun Daze is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom Rosemary Beach vacation home retreat! 



As guests enter Sun Daze, they’ll be welcomed into the warm, open-concept living area, including a gourmet kitchen, fully-equipped with stainless steel appliances, large farmhouse sink, granite countertops and a breakfast bar that seats 3. A dining table just beyond seats an additional 6 guests. 



Moving further into the sunny living area is the beautifully-appointed living room, spacious and comfortable. A queen-sized sleeper sofa and side chairs provide a gathering place to enjoy the entertainment area which features an Ultra HD Smart TV. Off the living room, the walk-out balcony is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the views of Barrett Square while enjoying a cup of coffee or cocktail.



The generous master king suite at Sun Daze is off the living area, featuring an ensuite bathroom with dual vanities with granite countertops, a jetted bathtub and walk-in shower stall. Off the main hallway of the condo is a queen bedroom as well as a bunk room which sleeps 2 additional guests. Those two bedrooms share a hall bath with a shower/tub combo.



The bed linens are 100% Egyptian cotton, and towels are 18lb, 100% combed ring-spun cotton.



Rosemary Beach has 4 private pools, (one is heated), tennis courts, fitness center, private beach, 2 large greens overlooking the Gulf, and many boutique shops and restaurants for your enjoyment.



The town of Rosemary Beach, located along the Emerald coast in Florida's panhandle, is a stunning example of new urbanism. Restaurants, coffee shop, book store, retail stores, art galleries, bank, post office, hair salon, fitness center, tennis center, 4 community pools, chapel and the beach - all in a walkable environment, accessible via a network of boardwalks and pathways create a true, livable beach community.



Guests will be given access cards to the beach and all four Rosemary Beach pools (including one indoor pool). Tennis courts, a fitness center and beach set-ups (chairs and umbrellas) are available on-site on a fee basis. There is also one reserved space for guests (parking pass provided).  Access to the building is secured.

RESERVATION / BOOKING POLICY:

• A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking


• Deposits are fully refundable minus a 10% cancellation fee of the total rent if cancelations are made at least 61 days prior to check in. There are no refunds with less than 61 days prior to check in.


• *** Additionally, any optional trip insurance purchased through Paradise Beach Rentals website at time of booking or through company agents is NOT refundable after it binds. That additional Trip Insurance premium binds after 14 days and would NOT be refundable 14 days after it has been added to the reservation.


• Final payment is due 60 days prior to arrival date


• We accept Visa, M/C & Discover credit cards


• Security deposits are due via credit card, 7 days prior to check-in and will be returned within 7-10 days from the date of departure and after verification with Paradise Beach Rentals that there are no additional charges due to damage, lost/damaged linens, lost/damaged bikes or excessive cleaning. Security Deposit is $350 (up to $700 during spring break).

CHECK IN IS 4:00 PM and CHECK OUT IS BY 9:00 AM CST
